This place does not even deserve one star! Recently shopped here and this was one of the worst places Ive shopped ever! In one wash the clothes were ripped and had holes in them! When we went back to ask them why this happened they reacted really unprofessionally and said that this happens with their clothes so they cant do anything about it! Very disappointed, spent 5000 rupees for a zero quality dress! If you dont wanna waste your money then dont go here! They are all liars! The boss doesnt even care about the customers!

Had very bad experience with the order i placed. I would request people who are placing orders on the website to do it on there own risk. There will be no return for the product.So once you have payed the amount forget about returning the product. The customer care will keep on arguing with you as if you have done a big crime in placing order with the website. I have placed numerous order on online portals but this is first one which i had a very bad experience. The color of the saree which i have ordered and which i received was not matching.so i raised a return request on the same day stating the reason. Then they said they will not be able to replace or refund it as the fall stitching was done. But i never asked for fall stitching when i send them the same details they said there is some check box which was checked by default, i didnt selected it, which said fall stitching is required. Till date the product is not returned or replaced , So i would request anyone buying on the site be 100 percent sure what they are buying and check all places on the page if some check box is clicked. My money was wasted doesnt want anyone else to face the same loss.
