Its one and only one place when you can check diesel car PUC. Place is good near Valsad RTO office and near from national highway. Owner or Staff of Ruby PUC is good and humble. He talk with me very polite and in good manners.They are honestly check PUC and provide certificate of PUC. At this place you cant get PUC certificate without checking.
