Very dirty place. As it is in middle of town still not not well designed. Steps to upper floors are less in width that at a time only one person can use it. No Hygiene standards. Parking is very common here.

Untidy place. Lacks cleanliness. Needs to be look after properly. Outside parking place is sufficient but always dirty. Pav_bhaji, pani_puri and chat, amul Parlour at ground floor place often visited with good amount of crowd especially evening and at night.

Worst commercial complex I ever visited

It is not A Mall but ghetto of shops/offices in a very haphazard manner extending upto 3-4 floors without any fire safety. Very prone to unpleasant incidents as coaching classes are on 2/3 floors.

Firstly it will be a sin to call it a MALL. They dont have parking over hear. Cleanliness level is zero here, they whole place is stinking with pan masala. Overall its one of the nastiest place to go. Overall its a very bad place.

I just visit this place once but Easy to locate on Map and also have varieties of shops. Old construction.The panipuri is awesome at the ground floor of the mall. Must try it.
