I couldnt believe when I saw the wrecked condition of my laptop, but the impeccable work by Mr. Chetan and his team is truly magnificent. Though we were deceived by the person from whom we bought the laptop(i.e., ICON Technologies, near Orchid Hospital), Chetan sir helped us recover the loss through the company. Another advice to people buying Dell products : ALWAYS BUY PRODUCTS FROM DELL SHOWROOM/AUTHORISED SHOP AND NOT FROM A DEALER.Once again, I express my deep sense of gratitude towards Carryzone, and especially Mr. Chetan for being helpful.
