Place good in view and grand in infrastructure but their business i recommend to Be upgraded according to the great infrastructure its reputation need to be. Their weird kind of business now a days going on is disturbing the other people. A nice place to have a few drinks and share some quality time . Ive only tried the bar and Im happy with the service and ambience they provide . The rates are also reasonable . I visited around 4 in the evening and they didnt had much options for heavy food so if youre planning to have something heavy better go at lunch or around dinner

The staff was very friendly and made sure everything was perfect for us. They made sure the food is nicely prepared. If you have allergies to any type of food, then they will make sure the food is cooked properly without the allergy in it. I am allergic to nuts and they made sure there were no nuts in the food.

Located just away from the crowdy places .have a good parking lot. nice staffs and good cooperation . clean surroundings. nice service . we can relax and have our drink . they also have a good food service. all you can get at budget price. overall its a nice one.

The place is clean, elegant. It has nice staff hired but the number are less hence delays are usual for service asked for. The place has travel desk and information desk, bill desk. Parking is available. Basement conference room is available for events on rental. In the evening hours, the lighting is dim and reading/working on a laptop/writing something at length is very strainful. Rooms are clean. Twin sharing rooms are provided not every kit for 2 persons sharing it. In the locality, it maybe considered as one of a good options for overnight stays. Room rents are comparatively reasonable.

Nice, decent and clean rooms. There is a bar on the ground floor so there is a crowd always outside the bar. However it is on the left corner side of the hotel and does not much destroy the ambience of it.

Everyone kindly make sure that the utensils in which the items served by bearer are clean. Ive got the experience that the glass which beverages served was having smell of rotten eggs. Ive raised the complaint to the bearer but he neglected it.

Kind of okay, the hostel is nice place to stay, and u have bar over there.

Located at the Kaithappalam Njaliyakuzhy road almost at the tip of Njaliyakuzhy Jn. Puthuppally assembly constituency. Hotel is good rooms and amenities are good. But all evenings are rush with native people because BAR is running along with this hotel.. So am not like to prefer for family accommodation..
