Good vibes, rooms are clean. Housekeeping facility will be a plus point.

Room was clean. Host was nice. The caretaker Suresh was amazingly helpful and patient. On every of the best possible location. It’s quite and peaceful and completely safe. While on the other lane all the happening parties were going on. Did not had to travel much to go to Hilltop and other parties. We feel luck to have found this place. I could not find a reason not to stay here the next time I visit Goa.

Service and Receiving is good and enjoyed in a friends n family environment... Preferable and also referable to those who wants to enjoy with friends n family in goa near vagatar beech... But if u want to cook yourself over here.. Those are demanding much more. 1 more thing which i found is.. If they quote some amount about room rent.. It could be the final one. They will not entertain any negotiation. These two points disappointed us.. Otherwise everything is good.

Nice place to stay since it is not a remote location, so one can get eatables or other amenities, near by beach. We rented bikes to roam aroind. We are a group of 5 ppl. the house alloted is 1bkh...since the accomodation os for 4 ppl, they provided extra mattress for extra 5th person...we stayed only during nights dor sleep at this place and during day we roamed around.

Rooms are very neat and clean. Everything is well managed. Staff is very good and cooperative. Location is good... Near vagator Beach.. Overall stay was comfortable.. Would recommend to stay at dis hotel..

Tucked away in a quite place in Vagator, Goa is this amazing and pocket friendly place to stay. I was with my friends looking for affordable and clean place in Vagator and stumbled upon this gem. I would definitely recommend it.And yes try the cheese Maggi in a chill afternoon. Warm and welcoming Alex Sir with a helpful nature for new people in Goa. All the main party places are close by as Vagator is the best and happening part of Goa. Near from the Sunburn grounds. And the new music festival to happen instead of Sunburn in December end is also near to it. So pre book if you will be attending it.

The Hotel is welcoming and staff are very helpful and friendly. Most importantly the rooms are clean and the price is affordable. The location is great!I highly recommend staying here if you plan on coming to Vagator.

Situated in a serene and homely atmosphere. Clean and tidy. Close to Vacator beach. Its just the first day here and already loving it.

Inspite of being 31st Dec, we were accommodated in the tents which was a new experience altogether. The host Shahebaz was quite hospitable and warm in receiving us. Would love to visit again.

A very peaceful place, with a great location and it was preferred by most of the foreigners. The owner was very helpful. He came to pick us up at the bus stop by himself, arranged a vehicle for rent for us.

This is situated near arjuna beach and it has independent kind of double bed rooms with saperately balcony of th all the rooms. Booking is preferred online.Staff is not very helpful.

Place is good, staff is good but theres no WiFi. No Proper canteen basic food like omlette, Maggie can provided by them Overall a nice place.

We booked 2 day accomodation for 6 people for 2 days 2 months earlier and one friend booked 2 person pre- paid accomodation 2 days before we arrive! When we arrived they just Told us that they had no rooms available..and didnt know nothing about it .. and then we spend 2 hours trying to get the money back from the prepaid room...
