New management is good.. 6month ago I feel very bad experience in this resort, but now I feel much much better.. Mount castle give good hospitality. Nice accomodation.Suggestions: parking facility little hard.

We add hot water. campfire, grilled chicken, We are also providing all types of adventure activities viz offroad jeep safari, zipline, pedal boating, kayaking, paintball games,Archery, quad bikes etc..

Itz a hill top resort.Very comfortable..rooms are very clean and higinic. kitchen Avalable heare . We can come and stay like our home..

My family very happy with where I was able to stay.. I feel lyk our home expecialty serenity, joy and clean... Almost 4days stay in Mount castle resort.. In a place where there is no experience, a person who has no personal experience behaves like a brother for a few momen in oru life, thats Sahal Muhammed (resort manager)Anway im satisfied about Mount Castle Resort Vagamon.. View is good but the maintenance is not good enough

Bed Rooms & Washrooms are of good quality. The care taker can be given 5 stars as he is very hospitable and the homely food they serve is really delicious.Suggestions : Should improve hot water facility.Should place mirrors in all the washrooms.

Please call this place and get clear details about the service. If they provided extra bed they will charge as much they can. If they serve extra tea they will charge. Not even they think about customer satisfaction. Very disappointed with their policies. We cant much expect with this hotel.

The hotel mount castle is the cheapest and standard less hotel. Lot of Mosquitoes and snails welcomed us in the hotel rooms. The hotel premises are in hell of a condition. The service is tooooo bad and cigarette smoke everywhere. Ppl dont go for the hotel, the stinkiest hotel I ever saw...
