Masala bundi is too good....

I am a big fan of South Indian food and what else could be a good option other than Sankalp.

Loved the food and your hospitality like always, ambience was perfect and staff was very polite.

The food was great, but costly. I mean ₹185 for a simple cheese dosa is a bit much. The service wasnt the best either. The waiters had to be called repeatedly before they answered us.

The worst place I have visited to. I found an ant in the chutney and hair in the Sambhar. It was so disgusting. And when I complained to manager, he told that its due to weather. I highly recommend not going here at all.

The tables were not kept cleaned, there was food found on floor. Crockery was not clean.The food was somewhat ok but not very delicious. Disappointed with Sankalp

Nice south Indian restaurant. Chutney and sambhar are amazing as always and like any other sankalp chain, they serve unlimited qty of both.Cleanliness is a concern, but food is good..I would not recommend drinking their water. Take your own.

Very average for the hype they carry and for the prices they charge!Sometimes, the chutneys can be stale so be sure before you eat them!The dosas aren’t too bad, although they’re not as authentic as the hotel wants you to believe.

Sankalp Restaurant is family food place. Its quite good and feel like home. The staff is cordial and we were greeted well. My 5 year old child like the food very much. Overall awesome place to dine in with family.

One of the best chain for South Indian food in Ahmedabad, good food, good taste, fast service on day like Sunday. You will get Paan as a mouth freshener which is like cherry on the cake. Just one problem is parking. Due to construction work is going on and narrow roads at gurukul. They should use valet parking as an option. Overall good experience.

The staff need a proper training. This particular outlet is a mood driven forum.You may or may not get the order depend upon the mood of the staff and manager.

Too much poor service.Which food is you like in southindian is not available.Pizza is not available in large and also unavailable in lunch time.Moktail are available which are not in menu card.Price of all South Indian food are too much high comperative to 22nd perellal.I m not satisfied with this restaurant.So kindly not go to this restaurant according to me.Worst experience ever.

Poor management! Staff behaviour wid customer is nt so good. We asked for our choice of seats but manager attitude is too much even only 2-3 guest r der than also dey denied. I wonder wht will dey behave if resturnt is full! Very bad

Dislike would be a bit harsh....First all air circulation was off. Yes its November.....no Vadodara is not a cold place... The air conditioning does not need to be chilled but even a comfortable 25/26 degrees is nice!Second the food really needs to get better. First eating out of those disasters they call plates is so irritating.... Some flag type design plate can hardly fit any food into it! Its been stupidly designed like that for ages...Ordered idlis with a request they should be steaming hot...came luke warm. The paper masala dosa aloo bhaji was a real disaster. Absolutely bland and tasteless....Ordered chilled masala chhash...came at room temperature! The restaurant does not keep ice!Quite a sad and disappointing experience...

Ours was the first visit on 26th June 2019 at this Branch. We were going to Ahmedabad and since it was getting late for dinner we thought to have it at Baroda itself and then start onward journey.The restaurant was quite busy and thus there was waiting. While entering, one family group came out from the restaurant and we heard them saying, these guys (Sankalp) just dont care of their customers and they just dont bother. I was first surprised cum shocked while hearing that about Sankalp. Since we had onward journey and thus didnt have much choice at that time 9:30pm for dinner, we went. We were 5 couple and as family tables were booked, we took all 5 couple tables to save time and quickly finish the dinner. They didnt have high chair for baby as well. We find it difficult to make my son sit on their normal chair. Based on the feedback of that family, I specifically suggested everyone to order anything from the fast moving items only so that order gets served faster and we can move on. To our surprise, idli sambhar took 15-20 mins to get served. My sister had to do constant follow up for idli and rest of the orders. We had thought to be out in max 45 mins but it took almost 1:20 hr for us to finish our dinner.During our visit, I noticed that the staff, mainly the coordinators who are in white shirt are not very effective. They are late in response and management. The Kitchen staff isnt able to prepare the orders of basic items faster and service staff is doing things as per their understanding and expertise. In short poor management, delayed response and ineffective customer service. Given a choice, I would avoid going there again.I have been at other Sankalp branches as well but this one was not much satisfactory.Please:-Be humble and be nice to people...-Be a responsible citizen, take care of yourself and your surroundings...-Spread Love & Happiness, Keep Smiling and Embrace Life...You are Awesome...!!
