There were 4 windows for work. However none were appearing to be interested in attending customer in a professional manner. There were literally no customer, still it took me 30 minutes to get my request attended where the actual work was not even for 10 minutes.. I went to change from postpaid to prepaid but felt better to get it ported to other service provider considering their pathetic work style. No surprise how such big name will perish when they loose their customer focus because now customers have options to choose and rechoose.
The help desk doesnt have proper information. First when i had to recharge the recharge guy went for lunch so i had to go across street to do recharge. Then after recharge the guy who showed re issues card went to lunch. So have to wait for 25 minutes. They really dont have any system. Very bad experience.

The guys have no idea what they are doing. They try resetting your network settings and if that doesnt work they just generate a complaint number.

People dealing in terms of answering query on entertaining customers not good...looks like they are cursing from inside why customer came to them ...strange query and strange answer . Unable to dial number (outgoing calls)from last 2 months ...resolution given volte disabled since VI dont support volte...whats a point of claiming to be faster internet provider when u dont support latest technology and tell customers not to use one service type...
VI store management have to first of all trains their staff, how to talk with the customer. This store agent name is Mr. SHARUKH & Miss. SHIVANI they dont have a knowledge how to treats the customer. The reason behind the VI value becomes down due to of this foolish people.WORST EXPERIENCE.

Worst experience I got through the TARA madam, I complain about that I was getting errors sending the text sms but she was telling to complain on help line number, then why the hell VI has opened the store here of all the complain was solved through phones.

Cheaters they take illegal charges, BEWARE:all money taken by them in cash is illegal, they charged me rs399 as security deposit at the time of postpaid connection and after i migrated to prepaid they told to pay 847via cash only later on i found they did recharge of Rs 647 only. After that I found that the security deposit which they charged 399 was only deposited 199. They Real cheaters, Ask for payment recipt for all cash payment and if they wont then log a complaint in vodafone customer care.

I would like to give 0 star. Worst experience. I have given my bsnl no. for potability. But nothing happened after one working week. After calling to Vodafone customer care they have informed that, we dont have any portability request. My porting code has been expired. Poor service by Vodafone even customer care are not responding properly. I have visited 2nd time also but found sane result. Theyre fooling their customer. Please dont go there use another network. They dont value their customer.

Store manager and some of staffs behavior is too rude and igoistic. OMG... Store manager is acting like Vodafone owner. no business ethics.There is a information mismatch between store and customer care.Store has made their own home rule to do FRC recharge of Rs.149 compulsory to activate your new PREPAID SIM. No any other FRC recharge is allowed below rs.149 at store.After long waiting in store you will get answer that you have to do min 149 rs FRC recharge to activate you new PREPAID sim although your sim is eligible for min rechrrge of rs.76 or so.When I connected to 198 complain care, they are not ready to talk with them. They are telling that our store is polite project store so we will not do small value FRC recharge. And In store, you will not find such infirmation. Even first time i came to know that Vodafone has such type of store catagory...I am sure that not any single customer will have such information.Store is running loot and collecting 149 rs compulsorily in the name of FRC recharge. Due to lack of information, propels are also paying them.No value of customer............I am sure that Vodafone would continue to loose their many of customers due to this type activity.
