The staff is not fully educated.No has he been given customer attend training. Staff can speak ( sir humko aapse baat kr ke borring fell ho raha hai )

I have visited this Store on 21st April 2021 for my SIM replacement. Believe me it took me 3 visits to activate the SIM. The manager of store is too fool & Senseless. All staff members are busy with there personal calls & unproductive activities. No respect to customer. Lack of knowledge. Worst experience ever. They even dont answer to our question that why Prepaid card was not activated for two days.I had many troubles due to inactive card for two days.VI should take strong action on this store.

I visited first time here and I have too bad experience at this store. when i go to change my sim ownership. the staff have no experience. they are busy to their personal phone. their manager name is Nilopher, her behavior is too bad. i recommended to dont visit this VI store. choose other center.

Worst service ever,one is visiting store frequently for bill payment in severe health conditions, Please take an action regarding same.We are using your services.They are not ready to talk to customer care executive.How rubbish their behaviour is!

This Vi store is pathetic. The Manager Preeti Singh and the Trainee Gaurang Gandhi are absolutely unprofessional. The staff is rude and confused. I went to resolve my issue. Was given wrong information several times. The newly inducted trainees are absolutely disrespectful and show a very dirty attitude. The Manager Preeti Singh is not interested in helping any customers either. The staff members including some Tanvi are equally rude, unprofessional and confused. These people do not have any knowledge about the services they are providing.

Completely bad experience... Address change request was pending from one month...
