Overall experience was good but the building was not properly maintained. Directions to which room is where need to be given.

Very worst infrastructure and lack of social distancing. If you have any minor doubt or question, you must have atleast an hour for get listen by authority and it might take years to get resolved(if you have very good luck then only).

BSNL services are improving, but the employees and internal staff politics is causing problems and inconvenience to customers. If the situation doesnt improve the BSNL company will not be able to complete with the competitors.

Excellent service but staff nahin tha. Just a single person working there. Puchhne pe pata chala all most of the other her colleagues are retired or on leave. She was handling all the stuffs single handedly even with a smile on her face. Brilliant lady.And for the #BSNL authority, plz support ur this type of staff by providing proper number of employees working in the center. JAI HIND.

Bsnl office looks deserted after VRS

There customer care department is virtually nonexistent. I had to stop my broadband connection because the WiFi service didnt work for 2 weeks each month, and it took them 3 weeks after my submitting the application to disconnect the service. Because of this, i had to pay for an extra month. Moreover, the offices close at 4.50pm, even though their listed office time is till 7pm. Very bad service overall.

This is the main office building for customer care and issuing new connection like all the customer support services.
