Worst service.Taking 80 rs for KYCFrom postpaid to prepaid.And compelsary FRC of minimum 219.So what abt basic plan.Paid 300 for kyc and frc.And postpaid adjustment pending.
The executive wasnt able to solve my query at all. The attitude wasnt welcoming, worst service. I went to switch from post paid to pre paid and she said I have some outstanding balance, I asked her for what transaction as I pay all bills on time, she said she doesnt know and cant help me.

The place is on the main OP road. It is neat and clean and well organized. Sanitizer is available for disinfecting your hands. There is token system and you can relax till your turn comes.
For me the staff has been extremely helpful, and they will go out of the way to solve my issue immediately, without making me wait.They are truly humble and polite in their explanations.The overall atmosphere is also jovial in this store.Between themselves a positive vibe has always been feltJust keep it up.Blessings and Good wishes.

Great location on ground floor of new office complex with iVentus (premium iPhone reseller), fitness center and other offices. Limited parking in the compound no parking space on the road outside due to ongoing flyover construction by VMC. Staff is helpful and handle existing and prospective customers with tact and understanding. Serves upmarket residential and commercial areas of OP Road, Akota, Race Course, Diwalipura.

No proper response received. Last month I had done recharge but not yet recharge to my number nor refund received for the same. The lady at airtel OPRoad was not ready to resolve my issue n also not giving me proper answer.

So poor service even giving 520 for a sim dont start my sim . When asked in customer care they said youf sim is activated but recharge not done . A poor service experience thats why jio is far better from airtel.Not wanted to given 1 star

Not so good response, and not convenient answer form employees.I suggest that dont buy new sim card on Saturday after 5:00 pm .Thay are put work pending till Monday,So we need to wait till Monday to get our data package.I was suffering from the problem,I buy my new sim card at Saturday evening,And I verify my number at night.I was waiting for my data balance till MondayBt didnt get data balance.When I meet to that employee at Airtel store 7:00 pmAnd I told my problem, thay says to another employee that - they forgot to activate my data plan.And At that time thay activate my plan.Till that time I cant use my plan.Maybe I didnt get my benefitIf I hadnt met them then maybe I cant get my data balance. 😐
