This 5 star rating is all for the Amazing Branch Manager Mr. Gaurav Saxena. He is Polite, Understanding and a Very Generous person.I had urgent work to be done and was not expecting such attentiveness from the staff in SBI Akshar chowk branch (due to past experiences).He not only helped me in my process bt made sure i had access to various other facilities of SBI online banking and SBI YONO app without even listening to my complaints (he said, lets get this done first then ill listen to all ur complaints.).I would definitely recommend people to go for SBI Akshar chowk branch as i had the best service with Mr. Gaurav Saxena.Sir you are a one man army at work!
