I found people in EPFO are decent. Even the watchman guide us politely . They suggest us on our document submission if anything missing. Resend our documents if any query within a week so that we could resolve and resubmit

On Google its written that the office will be open till 5 pm but when i went there at 4.30 pm they told me that the working hours are till 4 pm only . I am highly dissatisfied with this. Whether google is wrong or EPFO office , no one knows.

They keep disturbing you even on independence day by playing songs loudly so that surrounding people cannot concentrate on their work. On noemal days to they cannot to organise the parking of people visiting them which results into chaos as people park anywhere opposite to nearby society thus creating trouble for local residents to move around.

Timing: 10.00 a.m - 5.00 p.m.Its in quite place with not much traffic nuisances around. Being in residential area you wont find shops around here apart from a tea shop. If you want to get Xerox copy of your documents then better get it prior to coming here. Here being token system its good that you dont have to stand and wait in queue. There are lot of people comin here for queries and complaints and for claims, so be prepared to spend much time or maybe a day to get your queries resolved.
