No ratings for any office its only that the location is very visible for any office and its on center of four different locations. Great parking space along with clean floors. Hotel stay very nearby so client visit will also not be an issue. Good to buy from investment perspective also.

Its one of the finest & very well maintained building of Vadodara city. Located on the most commercial developing road of Old Padra. Having good space of parking, power back up, most important for a commercial building is with a cargo lift along with another 3 lifts.

Good complex but I heard there are power cuts more frequently occurring and the same happened when I was visiting. Might affect businesses if power is essential.
