One of the best commercial complex with parking near Vadodara Railway station and central business district.

Cleanliness is average and lifts hardly work. I have got stuck in the lift once. As a mall for offices, its a good place and you can consider to buy an office or a shop here.

Not a well maintained complex.. Lot of dust, washrooms not well maintained.. smelly and not even flushed.

Big mall but not much maintained. People spit everywhere. Stairs and surrounding area is very dark in daylight also. Lights are also not sufficient. Some lights on walkway are missing and some are not working. The place is not yet fully sold. So many shops are closed. Area near to it stinks as non-veg items are sold around that place.

Place is good almost all enterprise and IT-solution offices are there not every place is occupied, there are some vacant shops there, also its never that crowded here, but yes you may have some difficulty in finding a particular shop, as the number distribution is a bit weird, there is also a clothing shop of a designer on ground floor it has some pretty decent designs.
