Good timings, stable processes & policies (which is very important for any company).There are very few companies which let you actually freely use your skills and let you grow along with the company. this company is one of them.Colleagues are always helpful and willing to work towards resolution.Communication with top level management is smooth. They are strict sometimes but at the end of the day, this will make you professionally strong and develop as a better person.Globally this company is surely a Digital Lifeblood of the window industry.Definitely deserves a 5 star.
