Footwear is good but service is pathetic. They wouldnt exchange my brand new shoes the very next day for the bigger size. Even though its mentioned in their policy and printed on the bill. I would recommend to buy Crocs only from online stores as they are very supportive in such matters.

CI want to give negative marks, I wish it was possible, for the worst experience of my life in terms of service. I got crocs clogs in gift which I felt was not correct in size bcoz my size is a middle number neither 5 nor 6 I face issues of proper number in different brands. So today I travelled 12 kms to the only store of my city in Inorbit mall, Vadodara to confirm the size. I thought the time of closing was 10pm I came to the store as soon as i got free from office and reached around 9.35-9.40 pm. The guy named Raj said that the store got closed at 9.30 I understood that yes I got late but I requested him that i just want to check size it would take only few seconds and ill make sure its fast bcoz i came from so far. He was so arrogant and in attitude while replying. He said me No i cant permit you i explained its him i have come from far then he got more arrogant and said others will also enter then. There was not even a single customer in that lane. How can he be so ruthless towards a customer. After that I entered Steve Madden it was also closed but on a simple humble request he allowed me 2-3 mins to see and i have decided to ask my friend to return crocs and buy from that store. That guy was so polite and said me to visit again so that peacefully he can show more products. This is called service.Worst worst service and salesmanship ever of crocs!!! If you keep hiring people like Mr Raj you will never get real premium buyers for your brand though the products are good. Services are damn important.
