Staff here are technically sound and supportive, they answered my all question related to Laptop configuration, features, performance of the different laptop. I took quite some time to run some benchmark APP on these laptop to check the performance, I did not see any resistance from them. They are doing their job to satisfy all customer whether they buy or not that is the level of service I got. Finally because of this reason I decided to buy the laptop from here .. I purchase croma product 1.5 ton air conditioner last year but croma product is very bad experiance give me because of which person come and install this air conditioner is not proper fit this ac so ges is leakedge and within a year ges is tottaly empty and i spend 4500 rs to fill gas in this ac and after this feel up ac is make so much noise and spread water in room so i can not recommend to buy a product of croma and also not recommend to purchase any product in croma store because service of croma store is very third class service if any person who see this comment which work in croma store than solve this problem as soon as possible and again not purchase any product like ac tv fridge in croma store pls🙏

I have purchase one Bajaj mixture.. and fully desappointed with the quality of product and post sale service. The plastic handle of jar just got broken without any reason just within 2 months. The customer care is pathetic. They are asking to call in different numbers again and again and failed to give proper answer. They are saying this is manufacturing defectand talk to them, we cant handle such queries.now I want to ask Bajaj if plastic is not recovered in ur policy... That means u alw provide worst quality of plastic... Now who should be responsible for Bajaj brand... Worst service n quality of Bajaj

I purchased a Croma Brand refrigerator from your EVA Mall Vadodara outlet last year(still under company warranty) and I have also purchased a Croma extended warrant. In my refrigerator, I am facing a water-dropping issue from the month of JULY and till now I have raised 4 complaints about the same issue and its still not resolved. And every time the service centre owner Mr AFZAL service agency name A.R services located in Vadodara Gujarat he closing the complaint from his side without my permission and without resolving the issue. I had highlighted this issue to your manjalpur Croma outlet manager KISHAN he is also behaving in the very irresponsible manner. What is the use of warrant an extended warrant here?

We installed the whirlpool 500lit fridge.It isn’t good at all. There’s not even enough cooling of water bottles after 6 to 7 hrs even though we got the demo and we operated on 1 degree Celsius temperature and followed all the necessary controls still water wouldn’t cool enough also we lost 6 lit. Of milk because of not enough cooling. This is the experience of 5 days of use.So after 10 days they provided us new fridge of same model same company. And this new piece is working good. So thank you Croma Vadodara.
