Best hero service station near my. Thanks

Its my request to everyone , please dont go to this place for servicing..They did nothing.. instead of making fools.Vehicle is getting worst after get serviced from this place..And if we will do the complain.They will blame us only that we have done something with the vehicle.

Service relationship manager dont listen to customers. Decides at his own what job is to be done in vehicle. Not even mentioned the requested parts to be repaired in the job card. Simply replied next time servicing me ho jayega. Also, the technician was working as if he was a new one. I had to point out the jobs to be done.

They are selling very low quality helmets under the name of Hero bike with the risk of customers life, it is very Same full, i have bought it and it was broken in 2 days, what safety they are giving to customers,please give best quality things like hero otherwise dont sell such things....

WARNING - Never Ever Never Go to here, If you want you two wheeler mishandle and service by uneducated mechanics and want to convert your two wheeler in to Junk than go to there. When ever they do work , next day lot more and complicated problem arise . My 65 thousand two wheeler become Junk due to their only 3 service. Also just check their reply, they always do copy paste and give CRM number to call nothing else , you never see reply in which they discussed the issue and try to resolve that, that show how non professional they are. last word better to give you vehicle to some your buddy or needy free of cost but never go there , otherwise you will regret for ever .............................

Worst post sales services,Purchased hero destini 125 on this dasherah and am yet to receive the RTO number.Neither the sales person, nor the manager are receiving calls.I could have given zero 0 start if the option available.

You can find cheapest bukes here than all showrooms in baroda for Hero.Also, they provide a good after sales service.

A total waste.I am 17 years old. My father was a customer for past 10 years. Due to unfortunate dismise of my father, I have been going to service my scooty for past 2 yearsThey are irresponsible, unprofessional and ignorant as hell. Its all about big bills, and service.Even after repeatedly telling the service executive to make proper changes many times, none were taken into consideration.I usually dont write reviews, but my last experience there was hellish.Please ask the management to make adequate changes and fire thoese who are found guilty.

Worst dealer I have ever seen. To sell bike they will try all possible ways. Once the payment is done behavior will suddenly change. You will be no more important to them. Your queries will not be answered clearly. Also check your bike properly at the time of delivery. They do not check settings properly. I faced the same issue and I had to go again for correction. Shame on their service!!!

They do not have value of customers time.Employee scope of work is not defined. Employeees dont know what is exact their task.. for you service of 10mins. You have to wait for 1 hour ..While buying vehicle check if everything is working.SpeedometerSide stand light indicator.Side foot fest fitted well or not.Sometimes when they do service you have to stand there and inspect as being customer.For task of 10-15mins. Documentation they takes more than 1 hour...can not handle urgency as well can not handle more customers if in a one day .Its like being a typical government office..with your documents you have to search a person here and there. Everyone is asking you what happen what happen but no solution. Just you will be given anyone person name and you have to search here and there, up and down, to and fro.

Buying a new vehicle from any sales point is mostly good. But i am writing a review related to jaydeep auto service. The service they provide is pathetic. They take money in advance in the name of joyride and discounts for a year. And then they dont provide service. They only chow down on our hard earned money. Sorry i wont recommend anybody to go and get their vehicles serviced here. You will regret it as i am regretting. It is shameful.

Third class service station. Workmenship is very poor. Workers are knowledgekess and poor. I do not recommend it. Better to go private garrage.

After sales service is very very poor. Will not prefer anyone for two wheelers.They take 3 days to make a bill.

Never ever get your 2-wheeler serviced from here. I recently had my bike serviced. Believe me, it is functioning even worst than before. I totally regret sending my bike for service at this place. Pathetic. These guys replace parts which dont need any repair and increase your total cost.

Very poor service.i purchase hero bike on cash payment of Rs.70000/- when he delivered the bike they dont wipe or clean my bike as it is handover the bike.and secondly after 2 days starting problem come.i am very disappointed with jaydeep auto.

Staff was cooperative and supportive ..

They quoted me price for Passion Pro i3s and when i went to collect they didnt have that model in stock. They said wait for half n hour, we will manage to get it from other showroom. I waited for 45 to 50 minutes. Then also they got different model from other showroom. Again they said me to wait for another 1 hr. That was annoying.

I am customer of Jaydeep auto since last six year , on 13-07-2017 when received bike from service found that the half of full tank petrol (around 6.5 liter) of CBZ extreme is now totally empty. After discussed with service manager of Jaydeep auto come to know that because of their mistake i lost half tank petrol (around 6.5 liter) and didnt get any compensation ,so friends be careful while bike service at Jaydeep Auto (Makarpuara). Very bad experience.

I went for service of my Hero pleasure..SERVICE charges 480 plus oil change 280 plus clutch check which already should be part of service 180 plus filter change which should be cleaned in service plus what not...gave me a total estimate of 2k...IDV of bike 10000...I opted for getting service outside...Pathetic hero moto service

I service my passion pro bike at jaydeep auto where their labour charges are too high....In which the price of cable comp.throt is 64 and they charged for labouring is 55 rsAnd the price of cable cluch is 68 and labour charge is 40 rs which is too high as compared to market price....In which i paid total amount of parts is 1441 rs...labour charge is 394...vat 15 % is 39 ....vat 12.5 % is 135.....Ast 2.5% is 35 rs ...service tax is 35 rs.....It is too expensive compared to market
