My experience at pet connection has been the nicest, all the items were available and the owner was very friendly and supportive. Whenever I need any product, he arranged it for me. He has always known what my cat needed and what not. Grooming and stuff was done very nicely.Highly Suggestible for your pets.

Worst Experience Ever, Unprofessional staff gave cuts and bruises to my dog who i took there for a haircut. They were too arrogant to even realize thier mistake and tried to get away with it by putting that blame on me instead. If you love your dogs, please dont take them to this store EVER!

One of the worst pet shop ever... They actually injured our dog when we went for a haircut and they were arguing that theyre from NGO and blaming that were not taking good care. Pathetic answers.. we already had 3-4 dogs and theyre telling us that we dont know how to tkcre of them.. seriously worst services given by them.. PLEASEEEE DO NOT TAKE YOUR PETS THERE..

We have got photos and videos of our dog whos hurt bcos of you guys if u cant handle the dog hair cut pls dont do it ask the customer to take their dog back. we are not harresing just putting honest reviews so that no other dog owner gets their dog hurt like ours.I am the really owner of the dog I brought him to on Saturday left him with you at 11 30 called you guys 5 6 times if he was ready you could have told us then he has alot of of curles and we cant do it here we were never informed about how badly he was hurt you could have just called us you didnt need to do the cutting of his hair so cruelly that he got hurt so bad.
