Four story construction having 5th floor as Penthouse. 12 numbers os 2 BHK & 8 Numbers of 3 BHK Flats are there. Both side gate entry..Having nicely covered parking slot..6-7 offices/ shops in ground floor. Separate lifts are there for both towers.Overall good flates to leave at peaceful area.

Park view appartement is located in polusion free zone. people are helpful and good neighbour. Situated in most developing residential area in Baroda.
