Had cafe latte and it was good actually. Deducted one star for ambience. It gets very noisy if all the tables are occupied. The tables in the front for two are not so comfortable and feels like they are incongruous and blocks the passage. Outdoor seating can be good but in rainy season, we can pass. The privacy which you might expect from such place, was not there. But I dont know if we can have it at any other CCD in gujarat at least.

We have visited vasna road outlet of CCD. And ordered lime and berry flavor. It was just an awesome taste.. price was also reasonable.

The most peaceful place to relax on... Outdoor seating with indoor seats too.. Will give an open place to have your drink with very fast service and clean area... Outdoor seating tables do have charging ports if you have a mobile to charge or laptop to work on..!!! What else visit it and have fun

Nice place to hang around with friends and also you can take your laptop do some work as well. Good ambiance and music. Open area is the main attraction. The service and staff is good but many times they are not sure whom to serve which order.

Will never go back again. Staff is not taking care of hygiene at all. When asked he used glove in one hand. None of them were wearing gloves! No temperature check, Not sensitising customers hand on top of it all are working without gloves or sensitising their hands. Teaching customers glass and glass cap with bear hands! Not recommended!

The staff is as bad as the place is good. Great coffee and snack options! But the staff arent well informed about what offers are going onz or how to redeem it. The place is quite good, with both indoor and outdoor seating. Peaceful.

Good service, humble staff, the place is near the main road so its easy to locate as well and I just love the outside sitting area of this cafe though its near the main road, you will still find it quite peaceful and calm.

Ok ok, not having charm like before

Just before 30 minutes my son ordered for 2 cold coffee through zomato, we got it but very bad odd tested. Very poor quality. Zomato replied us for refunding Rs 100/ against we paid 350/. Means we have thrown out Rs 250/ and now we are going to drain 2 glass cold coffee of poor stinky test in toilet.

Go for it best ambiance but not for food

For the first time I had a bad experience at this CCD. Almost half the glass was filled with ice Cubes (nearly 15 of them). Upon letting the person in charge know about this, he denied accepting that there was a lot of ice and claimed it to be perfect. He didnt bother doing anything about the issue as well as seemed rude while talking.Didnt expect this!!

Amazing location and location is very nice and have outdoor and indoor sitting facilities as per needs.We all are aware one to oldest name in cafes and they always upgrade things and still serves best and same quality.

The cold coffee I ordered was not that great. It tasted more milky than coffee and wasnt as cold as I would have liked it. I was also surprised at NIL temperature check and NIL sanitization upon entering.

We have been visiting this CCD since opening. Its just on the road and bit cramped indoor. They have an outdoor terrace sitting arrangement with umbrella too, thats spacey. Considering Vadodara heat it may be good for after Sun down only.There are some seats which are at the end corners which are good for sitting quietly with book and coffee.They have parking for only four cars but parking there, riding on a slop is bit challenging 🙂Service and food is good, usual CCD standard is maintained.

This place can kill you. Just now we got saved from not falling in the deep pit at this cafés entrance. The owner is an irresponsible inhuman person who bluntly told us to do whatever we can he will not help us.

The infrastructure is good in vasna outlet.Regular cappuccino was outstanding.

But theres something.The cold coffee, didnt have much of coffee (though they added, when I said it)The noodles are a little sticky, but the food is still, great, its a great place to hangout, with friends the staff is polite.Its not that noisy, so its good.

Worst ever ccd I have visited. Such huge name but they dont have change. Cool blue glass was dirty. Server did not know the difference in latte and cappuccino. Gave me cappuccino instead of latte. Will not return. Good luck to all the customers.

The place stinks so badly :( The coffee is no more a coffee that CCD used to serve in the past. They dont have any solution for the mosquitoes in the outside seating area. Bery bad experience.

Good place for 3 to 4 friends gathering. Internal seating area is small but tables are very well arranged. In addition to Internal seating, open garden area also available. Parking area is small.

Everything was neat and clean the staff was good the hygiene of the food was also good with price was little bit higher and it was expected to be.The Problem of this place is they have very few options of the pizza.

Location is great. Service was timely. Relaxing, as it should be. Price could pinch a bit, if you dont know it already.

Too expensive. Simply not worth paying 200 bucks for a 6 piece of bread, 3 tomato slices, 2 onion rings, some paneer cubes and mayo based sauce... 2 stars are only for the outdoor sitting... Just awful value for money...

We have been visiting this cafe regularly for client meetings as well as informal meetings. But one day when we ordered a regular coffee and requested them to make it strong, the manager impolitely told us that we will have to pay extra. One being asked the reason, he told us that the extra coffee beans that will be used to make the coffee stronger will cost them more. The fact remains we have been visiting the cafe for more than 6 months and never before were we told about this in the past with the same order. And on further inquery he said that they have been following this for last 2 months(an evident lie).Usually we dont use the app but that day we decided to try it and it seems that he clearly wanted to fetch more money because we were going off with discounts this time through the app. A very non-cooperative manager and he surely didnt care that we walked off. Even the service was never at par before.This dishonesty led to loss of us loyal customer and many potential fellows with us this time. We have ample options ! Kindly take a note of it.

Easily the best made CCD in town, very tasteful interiors, offers enough space and privacy for guests. Great CCD coffee and accompaniments as ever, though need more staff for faster service.

So we recently went to Cafe Coffee day, Vasna and it was a *HIGHLY* disappointing experience.We had ordered the veg pizza and they asked whether we want double cheese or single cheese. We said single cheese. When our order came, there was a single slice of cheese on top of a few veggies. And on top of it they even charged extra for that slice of cheese which was added ON TOP OF THE PIZZA. There was no cheese on the pizza other than the slice.There used to be a time when we used to frequent CCD but poor customer service and experience has definitely been a factor in so many CCDs having hardly any customers.This is highly dissappointing that you need to dupe your customers these way just for a few extra bucks .

Nothings special about the place. Just like any other CCD joint. But one exception would be the outdoor lawn area which is nice. The service is slow and the people are dumb. I asked for the menu and they handed me only the latest summer menu which had only 4 new drinks. What was I supposed to eat?? Finally got the regular menu after waiting for a long time

I havent been to all CCDs in the city, but from all I have been, this is by far the best one. Mainly because of the ambiance as coffee and other stuff you get and the service is same at every CCD.
