1- Basic needs is fullfilled (water, electricity).Yaa the maximum electricity cut was upto 30 min (sometimes).2- Best place for old people because of well maintained garden with sufficient benches.3- The best thing is all neighbors are very much cooperative, all kind of religious people are there who live together happily.4- Club house with well equipped gym and games like table tennis, chess, carrom and more is there and a big community hall with capacity of 30-40 people.5- There is 3 kind of security management- security guards 24/7- high-tech security cameras who covers whole society.- And the best DOGS who never bites.😂6- All kind of festivals were done joyously.7- Best place for your children to play in childrens play area.8- Highly educated people are there to accompany you likely Army retired person, Engineers, Technicians, general managers, Railway officers, businessman, Teachers and many more.

Although a bit inside from the main road of padra bill main road from atladra it is a place famous because of development by pratham and other projects.
