Good stay... Polite staff....

Quite a bad experience. Shower did not work. No WIFI. AC did not work. No safe. Not worth a repeat.

Great service and excellent experience in dealing with 200 customers at a time. They were very accommodating and helped us make all the functions more than what they were meant to be. Had a lot of fun and definitely recommend this place for any size of groups.

Its a place strictly for stays. No food. Neat small suites each with a microwave oven, crockery and 2 beds. Well kept. A large hall on the 4 th floor for intimate functions. Allows catering from outside and has enough space for service. 2 wings - A and B.

Had booked this place to keep my guests during wedding. The manager Mr. Nair is really helpful. Not money minded. Went out of the way to help us in difficult situations. The place is luxurious. Service is really good. I would definitely recommend this place. My guests where really happy about this place too.

This was the first time me being there the place is nice and clean.. just once we were have dance practice one of the employee got on the other room and was trying to take pictures of us through the window

Has large service apartment (2BHK). Very spacious. Has kitchen with utensils for basic cooking. Breakfast is included in the price, but timings are only from 8:30 to 9 AM !!! They have rooms at 4K, 5K and higher, depending in the room type.A huge negative is their cancellation policy, which is 60 days prior to stay. And that too the cancelled days is added to your name and has to be used within one year. So please read it very carefully before booking.Disclaimer - I have not stayed here. My friend and his family stayed there, and this review is based in my multiple visits to the service apartment.

A very nice idea to move aside from small roomed hotels to a luxurious flat at almost the same price, also well ambient surroundings.

The stay was excellent. However Room Service staff should wear neat & clean dresses. Facilities were okay.P.M.SHAH, VADODARA.

Spacious, clean & basic room accommodation. My stay was very noisy !! All I could hear were people scraping the chairs in the lobby first thing in the morning and the pool looked like as if it had never been cleaned as there were bugs floating around in it.

Place is good for short stay, but tough to get local conveyance , very few ola cabs / ola Auto available. Local auto fellow will charge you as per his mood.

White House is Good place for NRIs to stay for few days tour,The food here is Good and Better Managed.

The location of white house is ideal if you are in the city to attend marriage or events like that...the rooms are there with great variety like 1 BHK 2 BHK 3 BHK and penthouse with all basic appliances like refrigerator microwave service is also good

I have been very poorly treated by the manager there named Jaideep. I went there with my fiancee to book the rooms for my upcoming wedding. He started with extreme sweet talking (of the pretentious kind), and then proceeded to ask personal details such as so who is funding your wedding, you or your parents? Note that this was our very first encounter.Also, I had paid 40% advance for booking, Then, a day before the wedding, this Jaideep calls and insists on making full payment (remaining 60%) before the guests arrive on the wedding day. He was adamant even upon my explaining that I stay right behind your location, you have my ID and address, and that you hadnt mentioned anything about making full payment before the guests arrive when I had booked and made 40% advance payment. To this, he was rude and said he couldnt do anything and that it was their policy. So I had to rush at the last moment with the cheque.I have heard similar experiences from my friends too -- the manager Jaideep is a very sweet talker and delivers an extremely poor customer service. If you plan to book White House, keep these points in mind.

The concern person Mr.Jaydeepbhai was having somewhat rough behaviour and negative attitude. It is costly also. Check in time is 1.00 afternoon and check out time is 11.00 morning next day, which is very inconvenient.
