In the past i had a good experience with the way my jobs were handled but since my last interaction the company has gone from 4 stars to below one in its performance and customer handling also they have begun to lie about may things so please be aware .After i sent my experience i got a call from non other than their director who assured me of better service but I guess it was short lived today I sent a SMS to him asking him about my shipment which he promised to ship on friday only to get a response of a docket no of blue dart which when confirmed with blue dart who told me that this shipment was delivered more that a week ago to some client in hyderabad so guys please think twice .

BEWARE, before giving your product for repair at synchronics electronics pvt. ltd. take a backup of your micro-controller/microprocessor, EPROM/EEPROM etc data.The reason for this is that they charge 50% to 80% of the product market price and when the client denies to repair at this rates they erase the EPROM/EEPROM data after taking backup on their server and return back the device to the client. So that this particular device will not get repaired at any other repair shop. So next time whenever you want to repair a device take a backup or find a trusted repair shop.
