Overall experience was not so good. If you plan to visit or wanna take test, visit after 12 only. As 3 times i have taken morning appointment and there was no power or low voltage and you have to roam there for 2 to 3 hrs and if power come these is internet connection issue.They have systematic setup but still there is some improvement required plus the staffs are somewhat supportive.

The location isnt ideal, being away from the city centre. Also, the area is fairly industrial and facilities like restrooms are not in good shape.Setting all that aside, the staff was very helpful and professional and helped navigate processes that are not clearly defined in the primary websites. This is particularly true if your records are not in the main database. Once that is rectified (requiring a notary and an affidavit) the rest of the steps appear to be easier to manage.For copies of documents, there are (expensive) options outside the gate.

3 stars for not situated in within the city and in outside, but now work become little easier than earlier times regarding DL, RC , HP TERMINATION. ETC . For support at entry gates of Rto dealer are there in omni van thats cool and rest is good 👍

Very poor experience I had for my new 2 wheeler registration, Inspection officer was late almost 2 hours, they took my document and told me its done you can go home. Its been more than 12 days but no update and while checking status online its pending for verification, I went there to check the status and they told me the document is not submitted and check with the officer you gave the document. The duty of inspectors keep changing and I dont even know the name of that officer, No idea where my documents are.Behaviour of staff is very rude and no one wants help. Finally have to find agent to get this sort out so that registration can be done.

RTO premises is consist of three gates 1st for application fill up and learning driving licence computer test 2nd is just for entering into premises and 3rd gate is for driving licence test.. For four wheeler and two Wheeler... Test road are narrow, likely to be build for alto or wagonR type vehicle... Maximum examiners fails with others vehicle types.. Suggest to take small sized vehicle like alto

I went to check my DL status. Was not getting for two and half months. I moved from room to room but no one could tell me what is the exact issue. The RTO helped me to go to one table who solved my query. I thrice uploaded my fresh photo and sign but the website was showing old document only. They helped me to upload and myProblem was over.. the website need to be better to show the proper message for delay.

Now its better than before.. Little bit more systematic.. But there are some improvement required... Such the entrance turn of rto.

Significant improvement in process. Inspite of the crowd, license renewal process along with address change, backlog entry and snapping a photo took only 20 mins.

Staff is too helpful. They guide you for any query related with Driving licence and RC book.

1. The system has improved, digitalization has increased convenience and ease of issue of Driving Licence.2. There is a need of proper system to inform the people when they reach there what to do where and how?3. Understood, its automation it may go faulty, however, the candidates should be given proper information that what has happened and how much time it will take to rectify the problem.4. Cleanliness...lot needs to be done! Dirt, waste, puddled of water and ofcourse, confiscated vehicles! Officials can do better if they listen to our Prime Minister...by the way, Vadodara has elected our Narendra Modiji!Overall, good experience, however, we can do better!

Since 20 yrs of driving 4 & 2 wheelers ,they failed me in renewal of DL. There was no sign board no guideline on track today. very bad. Only monetary target oriented.

The staff here work sincerely and communicate well. Their work load is heavy but they work hard and fast. My sincere thanks to all of them.

Lets start with facilities like water cooler, toilets, etc. No water facilities. Parking is now closed due to Covid-19. However, many agents are allowed there.Surroundings is not up to the mark. Senitisation of chairs and common area are poor.However, some facilities are completely online And says no need to visit RTO or its paperless. Although for these facilities you have to visit RTO and officers will keep you making rounds and consumes your precious time.

Very bad experienceThis is a worst place I have ever seen with no services available here.There is no place to sit also and futher this is a large place with no trees so yilou cannot go there in summers because there everyday ther is a huge line of vehicles.

The location of the place is quite good if compared to the old rto office of vadodara but despite of having such a good location and infrastructure the people here cant work the way they should.

Giving your driving test is a hassle free process now, after online application and appointment you wont face ques or delays. Took me barely 10 minutes from the time I arrived, appeared for the test, got result and left.

Tracks are not well maintained. And behavior of employees are moderate not so friendly 🙄. They should clean and repair the track of 2 wheelers.

Good Experience. Completed 3 process with the online process. It only takes 5-10 minutes on the counters if you do everything correctly. No delays will happen - trust me. I completed ownership transfer of two vehicles, and HP termination everything done via online process. Took appointment and went at the appointed time with all the documents. Did not take more than 15 mins.

I see drastic change in the behavior of the staff.. they were so polite and cooperative. Even premises was neat and clean.. and Sanitizer stands are there everywhere. Overall good work RTO Vadodara..

No one there is to help you, if you dont know exactly what to do and where to go then you are screwed. No one gives you clear instructions and just keeps on sending you to next person but no one actually solves your problem.

There employees should learn manners, In These Hot days also, employees are not there seat for 30-40 min and Peoples are waiting for there turn in queue... Overall system is good.

While driving to RTO from manjalpur, after sometime I felt that I will reach Ahmedabad but once I reached there, I found that its very nice, they are maintaining the covid norms very carefully. My work was done very quickly. Lunch time is from 2pm to 2:30pm, sharing just incase if anyone wants to go can plan accordingly.

Had to wait for Hours for Two wheeler Inspector to show up at the ground, while we waited hours under heat. He should have reported to the ground to verify vehicals at 11AM but was late - hours late. (The person should be fired) for not doing his duty timely.

No facility for Sr.Citizen. All r treated equally.Provision must be for them,as it is every were.Howevre I feel better with some improvement made by govt.Staff deserve congretulation.

My appointment time was 10:30 am, I reached there at 10:30 am, but I have to wait for more than 1 & half hours, the RTO officer came at 12:10 pm, if officer comes at 12 pm give us a 12 pm appointment, things like this should be solved.

I went for Driving Test for 2 & 4 wheeler in COVID-19 situation.At that time, there was no rush in both 2 & 4 wheeler test track.4 wheeler track is narrow for SUV, so while going for test drive take Alto, Van or Swift, such vehicle hence you will not fail the test. Also, while driving in reverse mode ensure your side mirrors are visible to see back tyres.Before you go for the test, just read the guidelines written on wall of test building.Passed the test and I received DL within a week to my postal address.

Place where you can get your vehicle registration and also for learning license and license for all kind of motor vehicles. Great facility for everything.

All the RTO staff, including the security staff, is very polite and respectful to general public. The RTO application processing system is very lengthy and it appears there is a lot of repeatation of the same process and the computer system is very slow.

If you are a rto in big city like vadodara , you must follow basic mandatory rules like provision of guidelines, proper and clean test track. Here no yellow,white or red line drawn for your guidence, other rto are far better than this one.

Worst system set by the government. From morning 10am was standing to pay my memo and at 5pm their system shut down and still need to go tomorrow for paying cash. Pathetic system set by the government to literally just loot money from the people.

Everything is online which is good before you go RTO visit website and follow all process you might not need to go to RTO

Government office so no support, no management, no sign board, multiple counters without lable and number so you have to move around multiple counters. I visited 6 counter to find correct one.All counter queues are operated through building window, so people have to face harsh sunlight for hours and hours. Please carry umbrella if you dont want to faint.parking available inside rto. Use last gate to enter.No physical forms available.Every application though online portal only.Avoid agents. Even they have to apply through online portal only.Pathetic online website, without any indication and work/process flow of application and its status.Still many services are faceless means physical rto visit not required. Better to try on your and you can save lot of money.I consult 2 rto agent and both ask similar amonut for same task which I did myself in just 20% of ther charge.RTO agents looting people like Britishers for silly matters as well.

The staff here is not helpful at all. I came here for document verification, but the officer is not here yet. R.T.O starts at 10:30 AM and its 11 oclock already.Edit: Officer came around 11:05 AM, When I asked him to verify the documents he said Do you know the timing? Come between 3:30 to 4:30 PM. Nobody seems to know about this Time table online. If anybody knows whats going on, please let me know.

Managed in a better manner! Few things are offline which require phisical presence! Many processes are online now! I visited in monsoon and it caused issue as there is no shade for queue to wait for different payments. Please carry umbrella ☔

It has been a very quick process since online system. Very systematic and organised and work gets done within half an hour. Very satisfied with Modi Government for hassle free and corruption free work.

For L. M. V Drive test goes to R.t.o Darjipura. There is something wrong with my 21 Number. (Sensor) computer programming. Return back to home. Very bad.

I have very bad experience with Vadodara rto service. my request is in pending since last friday. I called many time to rto but they havent picked any call. I have also visited the rto office and they informed all the process only done online not required to came to office. I have completed all the online process with the fee payment.hope they change their process.

Very cooperative staff and one can easily find where he or she has to go. Also the process is fast.

License plate fitting service is good. The problem is with the staff sitting inside the building. They have put in the information technology in the building but forgot to upgrade the brains of the staff. It took us 4 hours just to have the Foreign driving license converted to local DL. The staff in room 10 is laziest bunch. They ask people to get the necessary forms from the vendors / agents sitting outside (Chargeable). These vendors are really helpful as there is no other means to get the forms and other information in the office. Also didnt see a single information kiosk in the building. 3 Stars because of the bad experience with DL conversion. One thing worth mention here is that I only saw couple of people carrying helmets. It seems no one care for their life.

Best Response. Online services of RTO are perfect. You can visit parivahan sarthi website and apply for any RTO services.Timely follow ups. My liscense was approved on 20.11.2020. dispatched via Indian post (govt entity) on 21.11.2020. and i received the liscense on 23.11.202 ( 22.11.202 being sunday ).Staff is supportive. All precautions taken against COVID-19 as per guideline.Overall best in class goverment service

¶¶¶Read Till the End i have Written all the Nedded Informations to Make All tyour Time Utilse!!!!¶¶The Palce is Huge, with great Parking space , Big and Sapcious Building, especially u dont have to Stand for long time there are some good Sitting Arrangements done for all.Talking about the Area on Which driving Tests are performed is equipped with good Technology, the official can see even Minute things while having the Test, the track is equipped with many cameras also by which the official can record the footage and chack whether u have done some Mistakes.[ Informative TIP!!!!!! ]¶ You should Carry all the details which are Required!!!¶ First directly go to tge Parking Area and there you can see Some people Sitting in Chairs u have to tell them for what purpose u camr to yhe RTO (e.g- for driving license, learners license etc) they will give u all necessary details and they will also explain u which Forms u have to fill.They will Charge u some money (100-200 Rs) but all your Work will be done!!!.And believe me this is Paise Vasool!!!¶ Vist the RTO vety early like if they have provided u time of (e.g 10am) then reach there at 8:30 or 9:00 and then deposit all the Money in the RTO and fill all the Required Forms.¶ Do not Forget to bring Photo copy or Xerox of the Required details (Aadhar card , residents proof etc.) because if u dont do that its ok there are some Xerox Shop Outside the RTO itself BUT THEY CAHRGE MORE!!![ Precautions !!!]× Do not argue with the Security Guard he will not Allow Parents or other People to enter the Palce where the Test is going to Happen. ONLY the person how is going to give the Test is allowed!!!.× You can see how the Test is happned but from outside, the Fence of the Area ahve some Holes (You can see throught the hiles how the test is performed).But PLZ DONT TRY TO TAKE PICTURES OF THE TRACK!!!!¶¶The official will Snatch your Mobile Phones and u have to Delete all the Photos.¶¶This Insident Happened with me!!!I am the First Person to Upload RTO Vadodaras Photos on the Google map, now u can only Find 1 photo but i had uploaded many photos including the Track at which the Test is Performed but then i had to delete itThank Yo!!!!!
