Worst service ever whenever there is electricity issue they never pick up call then how management works if they dont perform there duty proper and never available for issues even after negative reviews post by citizen why dont government take this complain seriously are the management waiting for petition against them in court for ignoring and not performing there duty properly but avoiding Phone calls by keeping line busy .
Extremely poor management, the people never pick up the phone, constant power cut outs. People have bad communication skills they usually just cut the call mid way through the conversation. I hope this review does something with the very poor management skills at GEB vasna

Since last 3 to 4 month electricity is getting stripped at times 3 to 4 times a day. That too after ablast. Yesterday also during day twice went off , at night also supply was disconnected after a blast around 12 am n returned only after 2.30 am. Again today now since last 1 & half hour supply is not available after a blast.So many times blast had taken place, but still its not being resolved. We are 21st century n to reach 75 years of independence,, n Gujarat had an image that though charge more but provide unturrepted power supply. But, now no more such an image

Poor management. I am just shifted from navsari to baroda. I would say context to electricity, in navsari i used to see power cut once in 2 months and in baroda it happens every 10 days. Further, they even do not pick up our calls as well. Come on.

Meter is 3 phase n meter charge letter given 1 phase for rooftop. This mistake was done by an engineer :-) n staff are doing time pass (time kill) in office. Working speed 5 km/hr with applying break only.

Service is not upto mark. Not picking the call. Inordinate delay in service. They people work like sarkari mahkama. Not much responsible.No help desk. Just compel the consumer to pay the bill on time. Not bothers of their duty. Should place an established customer care, 24*7 services and well established complaint management system. 3rd class services. Electricity goes off 2- 3 times or more everyday in Ayesha Park-2. It is heated summer, or somebody might taking dinner or somebody got guests at home or have to reach higher floor on flats or water tank is empty or appliance got damaged. But they just dont care. Its time for privatization of MGVCL and throw away all non-sense and corrupted government staff to dustbin.

There is a biggest fault going on at vasna road because every now and then there are no lights available...low voltage problem is there..lifts r not working of flats...today 1st August from around 1.00am to 4.20am there were no lights...I have called up many times but the GEB VASNA ROAD PHONE WAS PUT ON SIDE..SO it constantly showing busy n get cut off immidietely.. so its clear that nobody wants to answer....we the common people are facing lot of problems but it seems nobody is bothered about it...i think the problem is lying since last 1year and still not get solved...I hope n wish my querry or problem may b reach to some higher authority n they look after it asap n get it solved...
