Nice place to stay for highway travellers out of the city on highway with good facilities

Hotel staff behavior is not good. Location of hotel is good. If you planing for stayed there you have to take precautions for full plan. If your plan change hotel will not return your money in any how conditions.

High price but not so good and bfast menu limited to 4 items.

I stayed with my family (wife, kid and parents) here. It is an excellent property with very cozy and large rooms with all latest amenities in the room provided at such a reasonable tariff. Staff is well educated and hygenic. They follow all covid guidelines. The cherry on the cake is that they serve amazing and delicious food at so reasonable rates at pavillion restaurant of theirs. I will always recommend this hotel to anyone.

The best healthy quality food I had till now.. everything is well managed and properly taken care. Recently they sent me food as m quartine at my home and I must say food doesn’t make me feel heavy as due to Covid can’t eat too much oily and also they sent food keeping all this things in mind.. must try

I must say a pretty good decent facility in the outskirts of the city. Dining arrangements are too good with some on demand items in the menu. They taste delicious especially the Punjabi items are well decorated and taste wise mesmerizing and tempting 😋Talking about the rooms and room service, they are awesome with all aminities like great view, on call doctors assitant, travel information book and yes specially thanks to the management team the staff for making my day with wonderful arrangements. I would definitely recommend anyone looking to relax for a while and to be the guest to such warm welcoming team while their journey to nearby places.Thanks once again for your services team!! Mosquitoes did not let me sleep whole night, though they provided repellent but that is of no use , I think they should do something seriously about this, I was really worried about my well-being entire night due to mosquitoes. There food and other services were good.

Hotel is very nice.. it has gym, swimming pool, rooms, 2 big garden also, and restaurant was clean n food was too yummy service was very superb... respection staff was friendly they were helping too.. superb stay

Value for money and they are practicing hygiene which made me feel safe.If you are travelling on NH48 and looking for stay on highway near Vadodara than this hotel is highly recommended..Of course nice breakfast...enjoyed even for short stay..

Taste of the food was awesome but but the serving time was too much. Also, there was a pic of plastic of a size of nail in the Cheese Fondue and the managing staff were behaving rudely when I complained about the same. The piece of the plastic shown in following photo.Disappointed.

Best place to take lunch dinner with family, we stay with them whenever we travel from Mumbai Bhavnagar and back. Location and facilities are very good.. Service is slow.

As far as aesthetics is concerned, its a big beautiful hotel. But, sore area is staff and services. Whilst sleeping, we came under heavy mosquito attack. No water bottles were provided for drinking water. Location is amidst industrial buildings, so, one can expect some foul smell at times. A bit costly (3500 + taxes) for its services.

Restaurant is good we ordered two snacks and both were good. I would hai given it 4 stars but the attitude of the main gate guards was so bad that it made me rate one star less

I am not sure if this hotel even deserve one star. AC doesnt work, nor do they have fan in rooms. Staffs cant provide any solution. General manager also dont be bother to receive calls.

Best place to have lunch, food quality is great, hygiene is maintained, staff are quite polite, Service is bit slow. Have visited and would like to visit again.

Good place for a nights stay while travelling on highway

My Wedding function was at Comfort Inn. The banquet hall is pretty big which you might not get anywhere in Vadodara at such a great price. Outside Catering is also allowed in wedding or any functions, which I liked the most. The staff did good job and made sure of the cleaniness and hygiene of the space.

I was ther at 19/8/20.very poor experience.no AC working.no one has inform about it..fan was provided.every bad reply frm staff..they gave dis of 3 to 4 % ..on food as I paid full rent on check in.quality of food is not goods as they charge..toilet nd bathroom was too bad ..really very bad experience as I was on my way to mumbai..nd stayed with family to take rest..but it was worst experience..400 hundred person for breaskfast..what they gave idli nd puri bhaji..that too not in room..

Location: Its located on the highway 8 near golden chawkdi , exactly opposite to the Air force station, vadodara. Easy to find and reach.its just besides one end of the domestic runway of Vadodara Airport.Parking: Huge parking, ample space well built parking.Swimming pool: Too small, less decorated, location of the swimming is such that it cannot be used much as it besides the entrances gate, so no one will prefer using it as there is no privacy. some or the other function going on near small space of the swimming pool. Hence swimming pool is almost useless.The Hotel has big Garden party plots. all of them are big enough to accommodate 200-300 heads at the same time. has nice rooms, average food. AESTHETICS OF THE INTERIOR should be better.oVERALL GOOD. 4 stars for everything. thumbs up for providing good space for parking.

Great hotel, courteous staff and very nice breakfast. The room we got needed some maintenance so we had to switch to another room at midnight, else I would have given 5 star. Also not a big fan of all glass bathroom wall without curtain inside.

This is a beautiful place with a lawn for arrangement of outdoor party. The food is good and the area is also nice. Its on the outskirts of the city on the bypass highway. There is a reasonably good amount of parking available. Overall a neat and clean place.

Havent been there as room guest. Just taken lunch in the restaurant. Very fine dining spot. Food quality and test was very good. Employees are well trained for hospitality. Good parking spaces, suitable for highway runners. Since it is on NH with flyovers, access is little crucial. One who is looking for fine dining, must visit this restaurant.

Its a pet friendly hotel, with awsome room and services. Next to the HIghway to Mumbai. Only you will not find NON-VEG in their menu. To the most it is egg dish which is served but only in Room Service.

Rooms are a bit too small. Good for a single person only. Washroom is good but too small. AC is very slow and ineffective in summer. Food is too heavy and spicy. Starters were also very oily and uncooked evenly. Breakfast choice is also limited and too crowded which makes service very slow. Location is at outskirts and quite inaccessible to travel to city.

Service not upto the mark. The set up is not efficient to handle large corporate gatherings. Food quality average - very spicy. The venue may be suitable for wedding receptions etc but the upkeep and maintenance leaves a lot to be desired. The team needs to be trained. The conference facilities not upto the mark. The cleanliness of the property is a big question mark. Overall not a good experience.

Though I had been to Comfort Inn for a social event, I had visited the rooms for a while. They arr clean and enough spacious. Dont know about the staff and their services. They have a ground inside their premise which is big enough for a wedding or similsr function.

Goods Service and Nice Food

The worst hotel ever I have worked, I worked so hard - somedays beyond my endtime as well and due to my hard work there are few people who were insecure. They asked me to leave without salary and said we have found the serious things against you and when I asked to review that with HR - oh no! There is no full time HR available. The management did not give any satisfactory answers.If you (the management) really find anything against me why didnt you told me on the review day.I called up so many times and everytime i get different answers.I am writing this so next time who so ever will go there they will be aware about the reality.These much big hotel from out side, just from outside.The reality is I did not get pay of for my real hard work.I really wish before going to the hotel everyone should read this once and save your time money and resources.

The only comfort you get here the location. Its on the highway. If one wants to avoid getting into the city, this place offers a good location. Parking is available here. Now thats where the comfort end.No body came to help with the luggage during checkin. Security guy kept calling someone but didnot help.There is no cleanliness here. Corridors smells like a smoking room. Carpets stink. Bed sheets are not so clean. We asked them to change the sheets, which had spots and hair, which they promptly did. There was a blockage in bathroom. Food was average. Paneer was not fresh, so we returned it.Thing is, they have a good infrastucture but no one has any clue on its maintenance and staff is not properly trained to provide a good service experience.

Had gone for a pool party few days back. Really enjoyed there and had fun, but the tiles around the pool area are a bit old so the scorching heat turned them hot and it used to burn when we walked on it. Everything else is good, and so is the food.

The rooms are large staff is very supportive food is good hygiene is well maintained & the location is in the centre of the city also near to airport so anyone can rest after long flight.

I have been here for marriage function. We stayed in room in B wing. Room was ok. But bathroom is pathetic. There is continuing leakage in bathroom. Water coming in morning has not enough pressure and it is not even adequate hot. No bucket in bathroom and in low pressure system we have to use shower only.I thought we will use swimming pool but water in pool is too dirty and waste bottle in the pool.

We had a farewell with pool party and is was amazing with affordable price including dinner and welcome drinks and dj.... you can enjoy whole day with your group and family near to highway easy to locate friendly staff everything is fine afterall.

Worst hospitality experience ever. Nothing was planned. Entire staff was clueless about almost everything. Unplanned resources. I I stayed there for 3 days, the room was not cleaned even once, no towel change, no soap/shampoo change. Though our check-in time was 10am, we were made to wait for 2.5 hrs without even water service. Delayed lunch, ok ok food. Comfort inn doesnt even deserve 1 star dont know why they call themselves a 3-star hotel. These people spoiled our entire function. Shame on u guys. I demand a refund.

Worst management ever seen in any resort.My experience was poor as our requirements was not fulfilled,sufficient rooms were not provided and all guests(including me) had to suffer. I had attended a wedding, on 29th of January.Food quality did not match level of a four star hotel. They should work on their management and food quality asap.

Worst experience ever at this level of hotel. We organised one corporate event for our customers. But service was poor & even after requesting to staff they were not bother to give their attention. It was raining on that day, surprisingly main entrance was full of water & security arrangement was not even placed for parking. No adequate arrangement for electricity failure which was happening due to rain & our programme were interrupted.Even dinner arrangement was also not adequate. We had to request to the staff for supplying the food.In short it was worst ever experience.I dont recommend to go for any event.

Well the place is good but interiors needs to be worked on and also the property as per being 4star property should provide drinks and eatables at the hotel room itself but it is missing......The best part at the hotel is food served at the restaurant its amazingly good the buffet is superb........

Worst hotel I have ever booked...i booked 55 rooms for wedding function and on wedding day been told we dont have sufficient rooms...Apart many rooms were alloted to two different guest with Duplicate keys.Very rude and pathetic behabiour of Mr Donil and Mr Piyush who was addressing himself as GM doesnt have basic sense which normaly waiters have.Never recommend to anyone.

The room was okay. Breakfast was terrible. Poha was bad, sambar was like sugar syrup and idlis was hard. Cereals, milk and toast were the only things one could eat. There were flies in the air conditioned restaurant.

Its a nice hotel. I just didnt like one lie that they said about their swimming pool that its temporarily closed for safety reasons where as in reality; swimming pool is not at all in operation and will take time get operational as its still in finishing stage. All other things are good. Gym is excellent and other eminities are also very good.

The place contains huge space to celebrate any functions but quite far away from the city.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER in my life, never ever anyone should give wedding contracts to this hotel. As they short of capability in handling the precious guests aa well as events. Even after given huge sum of payments the arrangements are to the poorest and will suck your credit in front the guests. I had given my engagement wedding contract and the management was not able to cope up with the guests and was neither successful in giving good food nor enough food.My guests had to wait for long queue before they got served as they had lack of staff.And no one is taking the responsibility of such big events.I would suggest to go for some other hotel and not this.

I visited for reception of one of my friends. So, not sure, who arranged for catering. But, it was aweful.Infrastructure of hotel was not good, starting from parking, to walkway, to banquet.Baroda has better options.

Staff was nice. There are maintenance issues with this hotel. ACs are leaking water in almost all the rooms, bathrooms have bad odor. Overall OK experience.
