Actually a ZERO star. They dont deserve a star. If any one planning to purchase house there... CAUTION -- be careful. Project is not trust worthy. Staff is very fake... of course they are very good in their job.. they do as their bosses are instructing them... so make a proper detailed inquiry and then only give your hard earning money to them.... Till you make payment of booking amount you will get very professional and quick response after that they will start ignoring you if you ask for document or inquire about the construction progress. This i am sharing with my personal experience. I suppose to get possession in Dec. 2019 but construction of house which i booked was as it was in May 2018. ZERO Progress...

Horrific experience..Danger Ahead dont fall in trap. I had most horrific experience in past 3 years think before you invest your hard earned money.First of all there is no lake and secondly multiple cases in RERA. Dispute between landowners and developer. Buyers have suffered a lot here dont fall in Trap . Take feedback from genuine buyers before giving a penny.

Premium luxurious villas and beautiful location

We have a Gujrera Order in our favour for the huge delay of many years in the delivery of our villa in Casa Lakeside. We still do not have fully completed possession or an Occupancy Certificate after many years. We need 10% of Phase 1 homebuyers (15 homebuyers from a total of 150 in phase 1) to file an NCLT application. If you would like to join us, please write this in a Review. We have read the reviews of all the unsatisfied homebuyers in phase 1 and find ourselves in the same position of having fully paid for our villa, but have no property and no progress.

Very good place for home.

There is no sign of work on site since last few months. During my last visit, I found the complete project is at standstill Phase 2 is not started. Staff is not responding to emails and phones. Also Pacifica staff is making all false and fake commitments to customers. Kindly respond before its too late.

No construction activities is going since last two year at mine villa. Project is continuously delayed year by year.False commitment by staff to customers forever.Mine villa had to handover in dec-2018 but still construction activity is not been completed. Worst experience in mine life.

I am existing customer of casa lakeside baroda.I booked villa in mid of 2015 with the commitment of that I ll get it by march 2017.I paid all the payments 2yrs back with all other charges which was charged after commitioning of RERA.As we are NRI customer and couldnt visit the site often,we put trust on your sales team(amit labha). But now before 6months only after visiting we got to know that electric db was installed in front of my house and without knowing us.When we asked about this to your team they answered that they were not aware about it and it was not on house plan.When we book the villa in 2015 june we were not told that there will be DB in front of our villa which will also occupie part of my villa compound wall.The DB is on my wall and part of db is inside my plot area which totally makes my villa lookin worse. Without our permission how builder can cut our wall fansing and fix the DB. Your team(amit labha) doesnt have answers of this. They can not define this situation.After that your sales representative asked us if we want to move another villa which is still available. We agreed with that and even ready to pay more amount of that villa.Then upto 6months sales department told that everything ok so we finally proceed for that and to own new villa 380 we paid our loan on villa 409. Even from your side they give assuranc that banakhat of villa 380 is transferred on your name and we received mail from Simaran Gavli that villa 380 is registered to our name.Now, today when we called them for final registration process they answered like now management told that you can not transfer villa like this.I paid my old loan on the trust of your representatives taking another big loan.If your representative doesnt know the procedure earlier then how they can commit us that you can move from 409 to 380?From last 6months they are just making us full.As we dont want to take any legal action please look into the matter and reply me as soon as possible.Because ground staff is now very rude and I think dont know any proper guidelines.We really feel cheated by Pacificas as after paying 65lakhs also we have to compromise.

No doubt Quality of construction, well managed, great hospitality , spacious surroundin, all the amenities are available. As the price is not so high according to construction, which may compel the developer to cut off the area of villa. Above all it may become a dream House of any person.

Nice project, however, the cost of maintenance per year is an overkill and all the project developers must understand that the house owner could do the maintenance on their own. If this is not possible, then the price of the property must include upfront and they should also look into the direction of giving discounts on maintenance.

We liked casa lakeside project located in Baner very much. The support given by Pacifica Staff is very good. The quality of construction, service, staff, amenities and specifications are very good in casa lakeside.
