Avoid this place. It is pathetic how they make the patients feel. Absolutely no patient centricity. Multiple regulations broken for imaging modalities, horrible waiting areas particularly the one in the ultrasound section (women wellness) with no ventilation and refused to turn on the AC cos it is expensive!!! There are other good imaging centers around the good city of Vadodara.

WORST IMAGING CENTER IN VADODARA. Disgusting staff, absolutely unprofessional. They dont respect any of their clients time. Honestly dont even bother going here. There are a hundred better options than them. If you have all the time in the world to waste then they are the best option, otherwise a big thumbs down from me.

Very poor service against charges. Report of CT Scan not received in 24 hours and very rude reply by Bharuch centre. Staff needs to be given training of etiquette and manners.

Superb service. Monday to Sunday. HRCT CHEST done everyday. On Sunday u will get image copy and not physical copy. Best in vadodara.

I wish there is negative star also for reviewing... Wrost experience of my life... Staff have no sense how to talk only interested in money... I waited around 2 hour for my turn but no one is answering when my turn come...I also know nothing happen by this review as lot many bad reviews are there but no action taken against them.

This place is pathetic. The place was dirty. I had to do a TRUS. The lady doctor had no courtesy towards the patient. It was a very unpleasant experience.

Pathetic service of both branches, for taking appointments, they did not pick up call on land lines, even call to mobile no given on letter pad remain unanswered, they even did not call back. Just money making business.

One of the worst imaging centres you can imagine. Such an old name and what a pathetic service. Always crowded, no place to park, hopeless staff, disrespectful staff.We had an emergency and the patient was suffering badly. Had to get an emergency x-ray done. On reaching there we were informed the technician has gone out for some personal work during his working hours and he will return shortly In 15-20 mins. We were helpless so we had to wait as the patient was severely nauseating. We waited for 1 hour and then this technician arrived casually. He saw the paper and went out. On asking what happened he said he will go ask his superior how to take this xray. Basic knowledge also inadequate. When he returned we politely asked how much time will it take. He just snapped and started shouting and saying disrespectful words to us. On Saying that this is an emergency and its his duty to be here during work times he answered he does not care about it. We further asked what should a patient do in case of emergency. His reply was so cold. He said dont come here then.What a pathetic person who does not have this humanity and empathy. I will never ever set foot in this place.Hopeless and Disrespectful..

Staff is not co-operative .. doctor is not available for any test .. everything is performed by staff and doctor reviews report from home.. Also report is not available immediately.

If you want to waste a lot of time, this is where you will go. The staff isnt well trained and no one knows how much time will it take for your turn. We went for CT scan and kept asking the staff as to how much time will it take and he always said half n hour. He kept saying this for 2 hours atleast and I had to miss my office for that day. In our country, we know how much time will it take for Zomato or Swiggy to deliver your food but when it comes to health, no one gives a damn.

Very bad service for reports.they give very late report inspite of emergency.report delivery is very late.when we go for scanning in morning they give reports the next day afternoon

Worst center. Very casual staff. Most pathetic is they reports are wrong. Doctor operated my child based on their report which was totally wrong. Never never never go this center.

One of the biggest imaging centre in Vadodara without even the basic facility like parking. My husband who was a patient himself had to go round and round with car before he could be examined. God help us if it was a emergency situation.

This is the most advanced imagine centre working since last more than 20 years. All Ultra machines are being brought here. The specialists are well knowledgeable. This is the most busy centre. Too much waiting is here even if you have took appointment by treating doctors. Charges are moderate. Cleanliness is okay.The testings performed here are...MRI, Digital X-RAY, Digital Mammography, CTScan, Colour Doppler, USG, Digital OPG, DEXA Bone Densitometry, CT Angiography etc.. They also provide ambulance services on request. ForIn most cases the relatives of patient are making this place so crowdy. Due to busy and main city area parking space is limited.

Worst Imaging Centre, no professional technician for Bone,CT. Request Dr Shah to atleast spare some time and see the way it is operating atleast keep professional staff , had really a bad experience and will not recommend anyone.OP road branch, please avoid doing any test here.

Centre doesnt value time for patients.. the USG centre opens after 9 am (9.15 the day we arrived). Though the website says the centre opens at 8.

Worst service. Based on their report we need to operate our small child. Later found report was wrong. Dont trust on their report. Specifically for MRI/ CT Scan dont trust their report

Old padra road facilities is not good at all for kids. Staff are not trained n not equipped the handle new born kids.. Its harassment to parents and they dont care the patient condition .. I do not advise to avoid to go there.
