Disgusting experience.. network issues more than 80 percent of the years time..have to call and follow up so many times.. the on field technician doesnt receive the call.

Very Bed service, every two days connectivity get down and its tack very long time to restart, no proper responce by customer care

Pathetic service ! internet is down almost everyday for 2-3 hours during office hours on the pretext of no electricity at their base station or on the pretext of maintenance. We confirmed with other users in the city in different areas and everyone had the same issue. Would definitely avoid renewal of my annual plan and at the same time shall discourage anyone going for PACENET !

Internet service is horrible. Downtime is more than 50% and takes them ages to repair. Definitely not recommended.

One of the most unresponsive and unstable connections ive come across. Dont even bother contacting the Customer Care be because the only time youll ever hear from them is when they call you for a payment reminder. After installation very poor service.I paid for 4mbps but always slow .. less than 3 speed... and many time disconnect ..When call for service than take 2 ..3 days and I have to remain present at home.Almost 4 to 5 months average I remain without connection in a year.No adjustment or refund for bad service against full year advance payment.

The connection is unreliable and the net goes down atleast 3 times a week. Also many times you call them and they deliberately do not answer the call as they themselves know how shabby their service is, on the days when they do pick up the phone their customer care executive does not have the decency and education to have have a polite conversation. It is a very shabby organisation and do not care about customer satisfaction or service.I advise to NOT choose their internet service as out of 10 days 7 days their service will be down and they have the audacity to ask for bill when month end nears.

Very poor service. I have called three to four times per day since last seven days but no one is picking phone even. In this critical situation we have to write from home but they are not responding

Used for a year and so far excellent speed, never disconnects. My router never sleeps though. Pacenet customer service is good enough to solve the issues (same day) but you wont face any huge problems to call them. There are few differences in upto speed plans, always ask them for actual speeds so you wont have to tell in the reviews that speed is low and blah blah... Rest is all good!

Great Service

Till your connection is working properly the company is good. The moment you have problem they take you for ride. You will go mad to contact their office. Nobody picks up the phone. Being IT related company they should have far better complaints handling system. Poor management.

I am using this service since last one and half year. Its good, consistent ONLY if fiber is not broken. in a month 2 times fiber breaks, and it takes average 6 hrs to get repaired.

Worst service provider. A complaint phone number with answering machine that keeps you on hold endlessly and phone gets disconnected . Rarely picked up. Rude female staff handling calls like they are doing a favor if they ever pick up. Services are never constant, speed is very poor at peak times. Yearly packages are scam, service never reliable, no provision for refunds.

I been using net Since 2009 at Sama. As per me is best service. It gets down due to their underground fiber cut, They give fast service compare to other ISP. My friends and family use other ISP but their get service 1 or 2 days.

I am using pacenet internet since a year. According to me, one should have a backup internet service (like jio 4g) along with pacenet, as it goes offline in almost every 36h.But pacenet customer service dept. has improved in one year. Now they can resolve the disconnection problem mostly in the very same day.What I feel, infrastructure of pacenet is quite dated, resulting frequent disconnection.Not recommendable if one dont have backup internet service. In short, pacenet is not reliable and quite inconsistent internet service provider.

Very third class services we bought 15 mbps plan and they provide us only 6 Mbps speed and very very bogas & CH*T**A support every two day internet is not working and they start our service after 2 day...... please dont buy Pacenet services........

Best customer service. No issues unless fiber cut somewhere. I am using it from more than last 4 years.

Will not work for 10days in a month and the customer care number shall not be picked, in case you are lucky they will pick just to hang up. Busy guys u see. Not at all happy with the service.

Very poor service . Every day first work to make complaint to Pace net .Since two month ,really we are very much disappointed . I never suggest . Try to improve service with brilliant service engineer ,who have ability to solve problem permanent..I hope you will take action .

The internet stops working after every 2-3 day and starts again after 4-5 days and no one picks up the phone at customer care. Completely use less.

It used to be good initially, but since last 2 months the service quality has gone down drastically. The internet doesnt work almost half of the times or more. I had subscribed for a 2 Mbps unlimited plan for 360 days. During the last days, their retention manager Ms. Seema approached me to see if I want to extend the subscription. I informed her about the issues that I have been facing, she made me talk to her engineers, the engineer frankly told me that the internet issue shall continue and they cannot help it. The place where they have their tower has some power issues and they have only 2 hours backup. She offered me 10 days extra for the loss, but the internet worked only for 2 hours a day in those 10 days.I was so pissed since no one ever picked the phone on their call center number nor on the engineers numbers that I decided to switch to another internet provider.

I found Pacenet one of the best Internet Service providers in Vadodara, I had experience with You Broadband (the worst) and Hathway (somewhat good), but with Pacenet I did not face any issues whatsoever in the last one year. I have an SME 2 MBPS subscription, I am a heavy user of internet with voice/video calls. If you are a heavy user of internet and you need uninterrupted internet service then I recommend Pacenet.I do agree there is a problem with their customer service, it is not so good. One cannot get them on call and if you get then the center dont pick up the call.Pacenet, you need to manage it better if not then you wont survive.Suresh

Worse internet provider of Vadodara. When they are new in your area, its good but as number of connection increases, it will go worse. Also support doesnt pick the phone and in every weekend, internet is down!!!! and we are supportless !!

Subscribed for a 8MBPS speed and interesting I just get 100 kbps download speed. Even the webpages dont load. Dont waste your money on this ISP

This is the worst service provider.I request consumer please do not opt for this service.The Internet connection is worst and you will get frequent disconnection during usage.if you call the customer care for technical complaints r they wont attend calls.They have made the system so diplomatic that it is difficult to understand the usage of your data.I have made the mistake of choosing this agency as i am a comsumer of this pacenet.I am frustrated already with the poor service
