This MY IDEA store is an air-conditioned one, with one cash counter and three token counters to attend the customers.Once you get into it, first you need to get a computer generated token number (its just a 3-click process) and then to sit calmly until your number is displayed over the screen.The idea executives are good in terms of helping with the query resolution, although I found them somewhat reluctant about helping to convert from Postpaid to Prepaid.They give us enough time which is a good thing, but again a bad thing for the waiting customers since they have to wait a little more.Overall, this MY IDEA store can be reached to, for any idea related query.

Hopeless,useless,Arrogant,Mannerless,Shameless,manger and staff. They will treat you like baggers. While there entire salary comes from idea users.They will shout at you and use slangs. (Ya its true)Most pathetic service centre I have ever experience in 35 years.They are not able to change a single sim even after weeks.I went for sim upgrade / change and now facing issues. None of my sim is working now even after weeks.No SMS, no calls from my idea number. Dont know when I can use my number.

Its a idea service center which was help only who candidate or user idea sim card.There location is correct.This service center is on an average.Its not provide excellent service but only basic services provided which can idea network users help them problem.Idea is on of the best network who provide best network for there users.Idea is on an average best network provider.This idea service center is always help full to provide service there user but in limited time period.Thank for watching my opinion.

They are not really interested in solving the problem of any of the issue for which I have visited the store. For all the issues that i have been facing right now, they only have one particular answer Due to the merger of Idea and Vodafone, you are and you will be facing such issues. Then I told her to cancel my number, she didnt even ask me once not to change my provider. Their employees are totally uninterested in doing their jobs... Worst service provider to be a part of...

Dont sims when really wanted

Good service. Token system is available to serve customers better but there are 2 3 executives also available who are happily help u over the token no. I really appreciate the service ane the value of time

Best advise they give. But there is no sufficient staff looking to the work. They take much time with customers, do other customers have to wait unnacessarily

Slow workers on desk. Still problem not solve even it was for postpaid card. My other card is prepaid, when i asked for assistance they said it would be hard or impossible to solve problem for prepaid customers.
