Extremely bad service no proper response.. after receiving payment no one is answerable to start connection . Even though having payment receipt they deny for having registration .. very very bad

Inspite of paying for net connection shifting request not resolved 10 days. Also Loss in service for which I paid in advance. No refund. Please think before purchase. Great headache GTPL. Not to go for it

Staff response was good but no any contact No. Or telephone available in office, every time personal visit is must for any problem n resolution.

Worst internet service provider of the world, Promise me to giving 40 MBPS plan, I received 40 kbps speed....Since last 5 days having internet connection issue, their customer service team are not aware what is happening??No ETA of technical issue....No sales after service..

@vikasbhai as you promise me in January that you will take gtpl device form my terrace after the 14/1/2021.than afterward so many time I called you and every time you give me new date .but now today date its not done.now day even you not receive my call.when I write a review last time then you immediately call me and told me that why you write this things. And you told me that next time you definitely write good reviews for me. and you prove yourself. You are wrong.PLEASE DONT BUY GTPL BROADBAND. I am struggling with dead slow broadband speed with last one week. Today I have raised 5th complaint in row. They are closing complaint without solving the issue. Neither anyne is calling nor anyone is visiting me. Even I have called to appellate authority of company but still no resolution.I have no words to describe your service to your valued customers!!!!

When ever you ask GTPL customer why internet is not working they have very generic answer because of technical issue.They are very stupid and dumb people even they dont have local branch contact number.

The worst service they are providing, there service resolution period is 1-3 days and they will close the complaint without resolving it.. they are very unprofessional and you need to call them like 4 times a day and after all this they will not give you permanent solution.. WORST WORST WORST experience.. not worth for even 1 star also..Wow.. & now they are saying without OTP complaint close nathi thati.. Im having same complaint from last five months and each time Im telling them I want permanent solution but No.. till now I havent got any permanent solution.. forget about OTP , I never got the OTP... I raised complaint on Saturday then magically they closed it on night and I didnt get the mesage also... Now I have to raise same complaint on Sunday and they are telling it will 1-3 days to resolve.. IM WAITING FROM 3DAYS.. & about visit I havent seen the techniciand face from last five months because they are not doing visit

Do not take broadband connection from gtpl,very bad experiences

I had payed my total annual amount at first day and after that they were not setup my connections even after a week and not receiving my call so i visited their office for inquiry and then they told me that they had issue with binding manager so they cant do my connection they informed me after a week though they know it already.so i cancelled my connection and requested for refund and it will be done after a week.worst experience.

एकदम बेकार कंपनी है 3 दिन हो गए कंप्लेंट लिखा है लेकिन अभी तक प्रॉब्लम सॉल्व नहीं हुई है मध्य गुजरात इलेक्ट्रिक कंपनी वालों ने जी gtpl डीपी से हमारे घर की तरफ आती लाइन काट दी है 3 दिन पहले इनफॉर्म किया है लेकिन अभी तक कंप्लेन लेने के बाद भी 3 दिन तक उन्होंने प्रॉब्लम सॉल्व नहीं की है कटी हुई लाइन जॉइंट नहीं की है, gtpl कंपनी गवर्नमेंट कंपनी की तरह ट्रीट करती है, इससे तो बीएसएनएल कंपनी अच्छी उसकी ब्रॉडबैंड अच्छी।

Ekdam bekar service, executives to usse bhi bekar ek phone bhi receive nahi krte.No response at all.1 star bhi nahi hona chahiye inke liye.

I dont know about everything else but I want to tell you today about GTPL Broadband, which is my experience.I have applied for shifting from my old address to the new address since last 3rd December and with it I have also paid the fee of Rs.Although we did not get an answer, we went to the office at Ganda circle baroda twice, but to this day we have not received any reply or service ...They just have to be more discriminating with the help they render toward other people.Please dont take GTPL connection, you will have to followup your daily work and make money ...
