THE AMBIENCE: this person took money in March 2019 and took responsibility of finishing my Flat work in 40 days. Now its over 7 months, still the committed jobs are not done. He has permanently damaged my property and my precious personal time, which cannot be recovered now.Be careful with this Agency, as this person will cheat you, he will agree do execute work at certain amount and he will take the initial amount, later on his estimate will increase exponentially and you will be stuck.He is unable to design even false ceiling work, He has designed such a false ceiling that Now AC cannot be fixed, due to which there is again loss of TIME and Money and disturbance to family time.Remember any delay is going to impact your personal Time, which is not recoverable.This agency is lacking in commitment.This Agency denies the commitment done at initial stage.Lacking in understanding the Basic need of the customers.Proposed Designs are not user friendly, you will have to repeatedly communicate for the basic needs to incorporate.Time commitment: ZERO.Care for your property and Time: NILVery poor understanding skills as per customer’s basic requirements.Care for your Asset : NILBad House Keeping.Extremely Poor foresightedness: Unable to fix the AC in one of the room, as he has designed wrong false ceiling, which cannot be corrected now as putty colour and furniture work has been done. This agency is extremely poor in foresightedness and has permanently damaged my property.He has damaged the tiles, as His persons had not taken any safety while doing the work in Flat.He took money in March 2019 and still not finished the job.Initially this Agency agreed to do the work for certain amount, then this agency asked me to pay certain initial fees. After taking money, this agency doubled the estimate. In this course of time my time and money was wasted. After that I conveyed him that I am not proceeding with him, then again this person agreed to finish the work in certain amount. but by now 7 months are over, this person has not finished the work.BE CAREFUL
