I have coupons which I purchased for the Orchid Restaurant of the Hotel.I visited the restaurant thrice but all time the restaurant was occupied with either some cricket team or party.No alternate arrangement made for unplanned guest.Moreover the hotel team never picks up the call.Whenever we try to book restaurant they convey its available and as soon as guest mentions they have coupons, they immediately convey restaurant is completely occupied or have some event.It seems more like a false excuse to avoid guest having coupon.Their Call center take the request but never call back.Overall Poor Services to customer.No notification to guest regarding restaurant availability.Guest are sent back in case some adhoc party is organized at runtime.

A good hotel for short business stay. The staffs was really helpful and responsive to the needs around the clock. The food served was very delicious and tasty. The view from my room was very nice as the hotel is located at the centre of the city.

Very good 4 star hotel.. it was amazing to spent time there! The services are superb and the maintenance is excellent too!Just found one thing less.. that is fan.. the rooms doesnt have fans.. only Central AC..! Sometimes, fan is also required.. everytime AC cant be used!

My experience at Fortune Inn Promenade has always been very pleasant. The staff is courteous & food delicious. The only thing which have scope of improvement is the quantity of items in Menu. Very few options available.

Excellent rooms, Delicious Food , Staff co-operation is very good. Hotel is 3 star but all facilities are 5 star. If peoples are used to go at Vadodara and living in hotels then try Hotel Fortune. I am sure that nobody will change the hotel.

Good for stay. More for corporate stays. Staff attitude is bit too strict unlike Taj and fern where they take an extra step to help the customers. But over all good, clean and maintained hotel.

Dear Hotel Fortune management,I want to make a written complaint - behavioral issue of your staff, So in reference to this I will be going legally i.e. platforms available to raise consumer complaint in the district consumer forum and department of consumer affairs.

This was first visit in pandemic to stay at hotel. Overall, Fortune Inn is no frill hotel and had minimal facilities and offering. I would say this is a basic hotel though nothing wrong with it but not everyone will appreciate it at this price point. Some of the limitations- No covered parking and only few cars parking space at hotel rest is on roadside. In any case park at your risk both hotel and roadside.- No facilities for driver (if you happen to have one)- Lifts are very small and in this pandemic best is for only two (ideal only one pax).- In room study table or for office work is small barely you can keep laptop and mobile plus charging dock.- Could not find any activity (though due to pandemic wasnt having interest to pursue).- Bathroom is small with bathtub which you may feel cramped. Bathrrom door cant lock (I mean its glassdoor and inside sound can be heard in room). I mean flush etc sound can be heard loudly to other person sitting in the room.Staff are good, courteous and helpful. They are doing good job in this pandemic. I noticed staff following covid protocols, wearing mask etc.Food was okay and there is scope for improvement.If you are going for luxury then you may skip this option.

It is a good hotel for the price it offers . The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The hotel is sanitized and they take good care of following covid norms. It feels safe to stay over here. The breakfast menu was same for 3 days of our stay and was a put off.

On 13.02.21, we group of around 20 office/ family friends attended dinner. Quality/ Taste of food is below standards and services are very poor. Staff is not experienced and trained. Ambience/ Enterance is nice but car parking is on main road (at your own risk)...

Very good. Staying there felt like a home away from home, very helpful and courteous staff. A special thanks for the Chef he was indeed the jewel in the crown our stay wouldnt have be complete and satisfactory if he had not prepared all the yummy dishes.

Overall It was great stay in Hotel Fortune. Cleanness and amenities are few of the merits (Specially a piece of mask and Sanitiser) in the rooms.

I went for dinner on 13th Feb21 with family. It was worst dining experience in terms of food variety, taste, service etc. Compared to price charged, food options was very limited starting salad, starter, main course, desert everting was very disappointing. Taste was also very bad. Service was very poor. Every order takes almost 20 mins. to deliver. I would strongly advise to avoid to go here for dining.

Food in restaurant is good. We had gone to see for banquet. But dont have a capacity for 50+ people. Rest hotel is ITC group and is a totally new property. I have tried their restaurant once before. It was good. Price is like fine-dining+. But a good place.

Yesterday i had ala carte lunch over there ...I didnt feel the quality of the food up to the mark ... service was not prompt ... all vegetables were missing in veg Biryani except onion ... manchurian was stale...

Went there for a FB meet organized by a page admin, so I had what was offered. But, I loved whatever snacks were served there during high tea. Sorry again as I didnt click any food snaps coz I was too bz interacting with others. The tiny puffs tasted delicious. They were regular Aloo puffs. The pasta was good too. Had few olives and broccoli but tasted lovely. The cup cakes were okay coz I found them a little drier then they should be. They should be a little more soft. But taste wasnt bad. There were tea/coffee to take and I had some tea. It was good too. And the admin told me that from the cost perspective also this place was reasonable than a few other restaurants, especially when this place is a hotel.

Its a decent property to spend a night. I stayed here while I was on a business trip. Took around 30 mins by taxi to reach hotel. The restaurant is very good with multi cuisine. I ordered Grilled sandwich and I liked it. Rooms are comfortable and spacious. The staff was very cooperative and very friendly.

Full value for money, courteous and friendly staff, delicious buffet breakfast with wide range of options, neat and clean rooms, comfortable bed, hot and cold running water in bathroom showers with good force. Highly recommended. The guy called Mr. Sanjay Singh service was really great, the way he behaved and served is really great and I never seen such service person. We are staying in Vadodara fortune from the 09 Sep 2019 to 13 Sep 2019, every time when we enter into the restaurant Mr. Sanjay Singh received politely and served what we required never hesitate to serve many times, really his a great person and we like his service and we are giving him rating of 5/5.
