Budget hotel, at City centre, 500 meters away from Vadodara station, 700 meters from Central Bus Stand.Easily accessible.Rooms are considerably small but neat and clean, well maintained.We were 4 people, hardly able to find any hotel for 4 occupancy, but within budget we stayed here (1800 / night). Hotel has nice ambience, staff is polite and helpful. Room Service is upto the mark and the rooms are spread across 4 floors but certain rooms might not receive selective mobile networks. Food is tasty and provided on demand from their kitchenette. The hotel has all popular veg and non veg option. Rooms and washrooms are if sufficient size, well maintained,neat and clean and stocked with fresh water in a container. Overall one of the best budget hotels with proximity to Railway Station and Govt Offices.

As the other reviews suggest, this hotel is situated in a great location. The hotel in itself is great, but the staff seems to be a newbie in the market.We booked 2 rooms for 2 nights and honestly the price we go for such property was not bad.The Rooms were:1. Pleasant Looking2. Equiped good basic amenities.But1. They were not spacious.2. There are even no windows in some rooms.3. Cleanliness is maintained, but it is not on top of their priority list.4. There were minor repairs required in rooms which seems to be over-looked for a long time.There Service is:1. Prompt2. Food and Tea is great!But1. Not available between 9PM to 8AM (Food Items)2. The staff is not well groomed, one even tried to open the door just after ringing the bell.And lastly the Management:1. The team makes efforts to deliver good service.But1. As I said, they seems newbie and dont know how to handle bunch of guests all together.2.The Check-Ins and Check-Out werent very smooth and they seem to be struggling with basic steps.3.We booked 1 large bed in both rooms, but got Twin Bed Rooms, and they didnt even bothered about that.4. They upgraded one of our room to so called Super Deluxe, but the AC there didnt worked.5. They seem to have trust issues with the guests amd make sure the lift is closed during the check out times. (The lift opens in lobby which is at other side of the reception desk)6. The hotel doenst allow unmarried couple as we have to produce (even mail) our marriage photos to them as proof because we didnt have the marriage certificate.All in all the place can be opted for couple of night stay if youre on tight budget as the it is situated in the heart of the city, but keep your expectations low with the property.

The hotel is nice and comfy. Its in good location recognizable from road. Bed is nice and is right amount of soft, not too soft, very good for back and for elderly people. No toiletries given such as towels, tooth paste etc. Its good for its price.

Rooms are smaller than what they look like.Low ceilings,the window opens in a shaft.Clean room and bathroom.There is a characteristic smell in the hotel which persists in background and can be a bit annoying.Tea was way too sweet and one needs to remind them .Otherwise good service, they will try to fulfill your demands.Good place if you are traveling on a budget.

I was booking room through online at the hotel as price was low and suddenly reception lady made rooms full in her tab and later I couldnt book through online so I went for offline and she told higer price than online .and even food price also she took higher than menu price in the hotel. After checkout I was waiting at the reception she was like dont keep the bag here and there so I came before check out time..

Its one of the best hotels in the SayajiGunj area near by the Railway station. Although hotel is in the commercial building but they have occupied 1st to 3rd floor with reception on the ground floor. Hotel staff was supportive, courtious and very well mannered. Breakfast was served fresh and hot. Overall it was a nice 2 days stay.

The staff is wonderful. The room and hotel is clean and maintained. It was a pleasant experience on a budget. Unfortunately, they denied us late check out by one hour even though they had rooms available (we checked online), they told us they were fully booked so couldnt give us even one minute extra.

Hotel itself is very nice. The rooms are small but cozy. They have every service you can imagine including laundry. They even provide body wash and shampoos. The staff is a little wierd. They all ask for extra money.

Very small rooms. Food quantity and quality is very limited. Difficult to find a transport. You need to climb some stairs to reach the hotel entrance. Not recommended if travelling with family. This is at most a budget hotel fit for business travelers only.

Hotel location is poor but it is very near to Vadodara Railway Station.. and Hotel rooms are very clean and fitted with advanced technological equipment.. staff is also so polite.. good for family to stay

Parking is underground, so if you owe an SUV or even a long sedan like SKODA SUPERB you will not be able to park it underground you will have to keep it parked outside on the road, ROOMS are DECENT clean and well furnished, entrance and lobby a bit strange, elevator is in open space inside other shops and any one may come up without getting noticed by the crew.

Visited them 45 days ago and stayed in the triple bedded room. As its a new home the rooms were very good. It had Ac and good bathroom along with TV. It also has a covered car parking which was a + point, though it was pretty dirty .

Most suited for brief stays for the single traveler. The rooms are small and neat but has no windows. Doesnt have a good or reliable parking space. It is on a very busy narrow street.

Near to station. Rooms are too small. Building too dangerous. Narrow pathways/alleys and in case of any fire or accidents its sure escape is impossible. Windows of most of the room facing other buildings ,. not enough sunlight feel like trapped in a jail. After a lot of discussion room was given at an extra 500/- per day. They say profits from the booking sites not enough. May be true.They blame booking sites for showing wrong rooms in their web pages.
