I booked hotel marigold for me & my friends. We booked four rooms for 10 friends. Amenities was good but there was only two beds in one room & they give us extra matresses. Room was very neet & clean. Food was good. Breakfast was not too good but its just ok. Wifi was working. Staff was good & professional. Overall my experince with hotel Nerigold was very good.

When I visit Vadodara this place is our first choice, food, staff behaviour, hotel rooms are very good.

There is a need to change the check-in tine to 9:00 or 8:00 in the morning. I was to return the same day evening, the hotels usually do not entertain the early check-in. 12.00 noon is more suitable for tourist destinations.kindly look into this and arrange to change the check-in timings.The hotel was good. Not a pleasant experience. Confirm if it is paid/ complimentary before having breakfast, whether it is complimentary or it is billed. They do not get your signature on Kitchen Order Token ( KOT) nor will present you Cash Bill on table. As you check out they surprise you by presenting a bill. Lack of Professional Etiquette .

The hotel claims to be a business category but surprisingly the wifi network strength was very weak in my room, informed the hotel staff but they were not bothered, even 4g would not work properly.The hotel staff needs to be educated on how to approach a guest room, they would simply barge into the room. A simple ettiquete would be to just wait after knocking and return back if no one opens the door.The hotel needs to lit the bathroom properly currently the light is insufficient. Moreover the water pressure was very low it took quite sometime to fill a bucket.Other than that the rooms were spacious and the staff was courteous with a smile most of the time.wifi was a problem

Worst service , worst staff behavior, i never recommend for any kind of stay at this hotel , their per day rent is very high but service or hospitality is like lodge even below that . They even never asked to customer for room service or cleaning and all . Completely waste of money

Marigold is in close proximity to Railway station which makes it a convenient place to crash after travelling. Rate wise the hotel is expensive but the rooms are very spacy. The service was also quick since not many people stayed there when I booked it. The issue is with toiletries. You just get a soap and a shampoo. The water pressure for the shower was also not compromised.

There is absolutely nothing about this hotel to be rated as 3 star...no amenities , no service , no location...yes 1 thing u can rated them as 5 star is arrogance & rude !! Just a another normal hotel on the block...I have never come across any hotel like this.. unprofessionally people !! Being polite in a hospitality field is far far away from them !!! Rooms - dim lights , mosquitoes as well as those small bugs ( think it was bed bugs ). NO network as its only surrounded by buildings which also means no view ! The used towel was folded nicely n again put back to use. unprofessional to next level...

We checked in this hotel for a marriage ceremony nearby. Rooms are clean and tidy and with all amenities. But basic toileteries, extra bedding services like blanket etc. Were not provided automatically. Apart from that the stay was comfortable.

They charge 500 rs extra then normal if we add breakfast and they serve only Poha and alu Pakora with mango juice in rs 500 😂 this is not a value for money then I shift to the oasis its good and completely value for money.
