Doctors, nursing staff, helpers all are good. Most worst part to give this rating is their insurance team who doesnt give proper response. Attendant should have to care for them rather than their admitted relative. Pathetic situation. If their one staff member is absent, no work is to be done. We got in a situation where our one claim was cleared and for other claim, insurance company is saying they havent even got claim request. Three days passed, claim not settled. Getting it cancelled and paying in cash. Worst department. No instant benefit of having mediclaim....

Dr. Rajiv Shah and his team members Dr. Vakhat Parmar, Dr. Nirav Dhameliya and all the members do a wonderful job. The behavior of the nursing staff of the hospital is very nice. I am from Haryana. In my 2019 accident, the talus, tibia, patella were fractured. I had surgery but my ankle was damaged. I went to almost all small and big hospitals for 300 kms but everyone denied that my ankle would not work, I struggled with pain for two years but in the end Dr. Rajiv Shah replaced my talus and gave me a chance to walk. Showed a new ray of hope for which I will be grateful to him for the rest of my life. Total talus replacement

For COVISHIELD vaccine they told us to present at 1 pm instead of scheduled 12:30 pm slot but kept us wait for upto 02: 20 pm. We had opted private hospital for better services but the staff was arrogant and poor time management was seen there. Not at all recommend, better go for free govt vaccine.

No parking for visitors and patients. You need to park on road side on your own risk more than 300 meter away from hospital premises. It is surprise and question mark for getting license and running the hospital without parking or not allowing parking for visitors.Average hospital. Drs. are good few are exceptional.Behaviour: Not professional behavior by staff. Few are very rude to patients and their attendant. They are treating you like illiterate.In discharge summary they are making false statement. A lot of points they are not disclosing about patientes. This is a kind of fraud.Action: Immediate attention required by administrator and its owner/s.Be carefully.

Its the worst are only making business out of covid. The doctor was going to treat my father as covid patient even when he had chest pains due to hypertension. Finally he was given right treatment in Baroda Heart. They will take any symptom and tell you that its covid. Please take 2nd opinion before you admit someone.

I can say with my experience that it is very danger to admit old patients in this hospital for ICU care.My mother admitted in this hospital with moderate CT scane value 10 for covid treatment. From day one she complained bad food and she became week.The treatment is so bad that with in 4 days she was on ventilator.From day one before starting treatment the ICU incharge Dr khyati told us patient got no chance. As I am stay at 2000km away and my family all are effected with covid we requested for treatment. The ICU is understaffed and over crowded. Dr Khyti is very rude and and always tell the bad updates and prepare you for worest so that no one can blame. I dont feel no one will be safe under her treatment. She is not competent for ICU care.First 5 days my mother is responding but after that she lost consciousness. After 11 th day we lost hope and shifted our mother to Bhailal hospital.My advice to all is if your dependent is needs ICU services please please dont continue in this hospital. The charges are one of the highest but treatment is very bad.We paid near 9 lack and my mother suffered in her old age. She literally cried.The high light isTheyll marked multi organ failure in discharge file. When questioned the onduty doctor said some typographical mistake and changed the report. It is the level of irresponsibility we will face at this hospital.

Sunshine Global hospital is one of the best in class hospital ever I seen. You are taken care right from admit to discharge as a family member. Admition procedure is very simple, patient has not to worry. As soon as I admitted, directly took to the designated bed and start treatment. Dr. Khyati an Dr. Dhaval were to look after me. They started examine and after priliminary examination they start medicine. Dr. Dhaval and Dr Khyati with their supportive staffs fully made attention on me.My stay at hospital was for five days. I feel very good and homely. Higenic point of view, hospital is up to the mark, very neat and clean. Supportive staff ms Sahista is in command able position, she is looking after all patients health and their needs, coordination with pariferrial departments. Patients need not worry for their any work, coordination with finance and admin dept.Dr. Amit, Dr Dhaval, Dr Khyati and Dr Vishal as whole team working round the clock for betterment of the Covid Patients with putting their life on stakes. Never admit your family member in. Global hospital, Vadodara,if you want them back alive!My dad was admitted to this hospital due to pneumonia. At the time of admission he was in a condition to walk and get himself admitted in the hospital . He was talking normally, eating properly and looked a little sick.The family doctor advised him to get admitted due to less oxygen saturation. After admission the hospital staff directly took him to the covid ward without even testing him for COVID-19 infection.He was put on oxygen mask where he started feeling better and do did we. But then they suddenly put him on ventilator to make extra money. My mother who is old and innocent, could not understand what they were up to. She felt completely helpless and apprehensive. Initially my dad was responding good and we were hopeful for his recovery. But after a couple of days,the morning intensivist named Dr Khyati removed his ventilator to put it on another young patient who was admitted and gave us an old ventilator machine. The moment the ventilator was changed his condition started worsening.The hospital lacks experienced and eligible doctors. The person name Dr. Dhawal who calls himself ICU Incharge is not even eligible doctor for ICU where we expect at least MD doctor. He is a homeopath doctor not even MBBS. Same with the person who calls himself Dr Vishal. They are not eligible for the ICU cases. The Dr. Khyati Is qualified but very naive in terms of experience. My dad was put on ventilator because she found difficult to feed him as in covid ward no family member can accompany. These all people are very good at one thing, negative counselling of the family and preparing them for the patients death. I think if they put the same efforts to save the patient, they will be successful for saving the life of the patient. After keeping our dad on ventilator for 10 days, they told us that he needs to be operated for the tracheostomy. As we were not sure, we asked for a day’s time so that we dont take any wrong decisions. We tried to take the second opinion from another hospital. The hospital staff were offended by our action and told us the at we are bad mouthing them. My dad was really a fighter. He started improving on the new ventilator. We were once again hopeful for his recovery. That night we received a call by Dr Vishal thAt his condition was worsening. He didnt know how to handle that situation. When we reached next morning, Dr. Vishal started pretending that the ventilator and support system is still attached but my dad is not responding. They removed him before we reach to the hospital to accommodate the other young patients. I believe the staff over there was inefficient and didnt try enough to save my fathers life. I curse Dr Khyati, Dr Dhawal, Dr Vishal that they also loose their parents in a same hopeless condition the way I lost my dad.

I was admitted on 29.09.20 for the treatment of very high B P. Experience is mixed. Promptness services of nurses and ward boys were good but hygiene measure are poor. One of the concern is the room was not given as per my entitlement. Bed movement was manual. They should provide mineral water instead of acquagard.There may be the contamination of water. On the other hand in the name of hot water gyser water was supplied. It create infection in my stomach. Two major drawbacks.1. After relieving there is no provision to contact main doctor even in emergency.2. Worst thing is that in rooms tube lights are just above on patient eyes on roofs. Whenever patient opens eyes he finds light continuously just in front of eyes which give most unwanted and irritating feelings. But emergency services are good, ICU experience is good. All the employees cordial irrespective of any department. TMT doctor or technician was very nice. Overall experience is good.Dr Nirav Panchami took complete care as required by patient. Humen attitude was pleasant.
