Just Bullshitt business .Dont buy any thing from here.The rudely behaviour of manager and the rough staff...Price was higher then another retailer and and quality was cheap condition product.They selling dead stock product and denying to return and making harassment to give refung...And the one star only for their Air Conditioned showroom and Cold water facility

I bought a water purifier. And was installed recently. Within 3 hours of installation the product stopped working and since the same i have been putting a complain for resolving the issue or replacement of the product. But the response is worse no one yet turned up. Just their service executive is giving a call n saying well do it by tommorow but its still not done from. Last 4 days. Never gona buy a product from them will rate them in minus 5

The sales people arent very knowledgeable and makes you wonder why you bothered to go there in the first place. Also, most of the floor is filled with employees, not customers. The end result is that you see them huddled together chatting away.

Never recommend any one to buy... Paid amt of Refrigerator on 20 August.. Delivered on 27 August... Demo on 4 September and the person who came for demo opened the piece & it was damaged... Did not replace the piece till now.... Staff is very bad while talking..

Worst experience. They are just interested in selling not in customer service.They even forgot to send wall mount stand during delivery. Because of that installation got delayed.

We have witnessed the Poor Customer Service. We selected the product, made the full payment. However, the delivery were delayed by a week and that too with different product. There is no concrete update from the store on what is going next.I insisted to at-least provide the estimated date. However, staff were just giving the guesstimates and not meeting the expectations.The first time experience of buying from Reliance Digital is pathetic and does not meet the expectations.
