As usual like other Croma centers.Staff is little paying attention to you alot. Which is not required actually.They come to you and stand there only behind you. If you are looking/checking any product there.Cleaning and spacing is quite good.Well maintained.

Not a good experience. Many sales men were free there but no one even looking to you. After 10minutes of roaming, we hv to ask For the sales man for our query. Better recommended center square branch for good experience. Pls avoid karelibaug branch..

We experienced a good service at the store and the person name navin was very good at service he was explaining each n every detail regarding the product .

Entered the showroom after coming from reliance digital not far from this place. Stark difference. No one to ask you about any requirement. Had to look for a sales person to answer my questions. Finally walked out and did my purchase from reliance digital. Also the headphones I wanted was a 1000 bucks costlier here than at the reliance mall.

The location is the best part of the store , parking space is limited during the rush events . A wide range of electronics makes the store complete. Sales persons need more training and product knowledge . Overall a good store to buy electronic products .

Had a very bad experience here... Staff is very unprofessional & not at all customer friendly. I went there on 08/08/21 at 07:30 pm and I was there for around half an hour, but no one came to me. Even I asked for help from one of the sales staff, but he also disappeared in 5 mins.It was not expected from a brand like Croma. Plz try to hire some professionals.
