During Hospital stay services of staff and Dr. Was very very good. In hospital cleaness was fine. Food was very good. And other staff was very nice and co operative. Nursing staff services to the patient was good. Overall

Hospital is way to big but mostly empty. No much visitors, neither patients.They have notices and signs asking to always wear a mask but their receptionist wasnt wearing one.Their X-ray prices are way too high as compared to other diagnostic centers.Plus no female assistant in x-ray ward. How uncomfortable does it get for female patients to get diagnosed with a Male assistant. At least the woman staff should be there to when a female patient is inside.The guy who was the helper didnt allow anyone one else from to the family to stay inside the room. even though every x-ray room has a safe zone inside it.The dr. Bharat Mody doesnt even spend much time with patient. We visited to show my mother and I felt like he was in hurry. He wouldnt even let our statements finish and he would ask next question.

The facilities, in particular, the infrastructure, hygiene/cleanliness and staff behaviour are indeed best in class.Suggestion: Kindly do a bit more to ensure effective communication/interaction between patients and doctors to enhance their morale and confidence about the ongoing treatment...especially for senior citizens.Absolutely no doubt about the expertise and competence of the doctors! They are impeccable.

Its wonderful hospital with most amazingly talented doctors and the most humble and kindest staff I have ever see in any Hospitals . My mother was admitted to this place for both her knee surgery. We were quite skeptical about this hospital but we r so happy that we made the best decision of choosing this hospital. Its a 5*Doctor Modi ji recommended CT-scan that was critically important in diagnosis. Anticipating the infected area and initiating the treatment accordingly from Day 1 helped in fast recovery.Nurses, Specialists, Cleaning Department are courteous and professional.Food has improved a lot as the management have changed the caterers.Areas of improvement: Billing department is either overworked or more time management skills and timely communication/coordination with the patient is required that can immensely help facilitate “discharge” formalities.In case; we happen to have a medical emergency; this is where we will be taking our family member.Entire hospital including allotted room has a very positive vibe.Thanks again, Welcare Team and of course Dr. Kshitij for all the support.

This is the worst hospital in vadodara. My mother got admitted due to covid but she was responding well before admission to this hospital from gotri but within 12 hours they inject some high dose of wrong medicine and she collapsed on the spot. Nimisha Patel is the worst lady she fights with patient, shows attitude and also murder if you quarrel with her. They killed my mother and billed an amount of 34000 for 12 hours. They are murderers. Please i beg to everyone if you want your relative alive pls dont come here. They have only one ventilator that to they beg from L&T. They are murderers. Pls join me and expose them so that no one loss his relative due to these moneyminded heartless murderers. Pls dont visit here.

Its 5 STAR.We were there for mothers knee replacement. Dr. Bharat Modi ji must be among top 5 orthopaedic surgeons in India. His brief conversation instilled enough confidence in all of us that made my mother go for the left knee replacement which she had been postponing for at least 7 years. He is a thorough gentleman, highly skilled and professional. My mother also needed an extension rod placed along with the knee. Drs son Kshitij is equally good and impressive when dealing with patient. It was Dr. Kshitij who consulted his father and arranged for a local vendor who visits hospital and makes customized shoe for the patient. He also recommended an injection that would strengthen the bones and help heal faster.X-Ray department has Mr. Riaz whom we found to be very careful with patient and professional.Post surgery, dressing team is also thorough and clean in what they do. Relationship Officers Miss Snehal and Miss Dewanshi are good as well. Sisters help/specialists like Kapilaben, Urvashiben, Madhuben and Manubhai are caring and understand the patients limitations and are prompt maintaining hygiene levels.Pharmacy department has Mr. Purohit who is knowledgable and works long hours.Some may find it 10% expensive in comparison but Dr. Bharat Modis presence in Operation theatre with our beloved family member is totally worth it.Billing department is also good but one may experience longer wait time to have them prepare final invoice and clear the dues.Once my mother is mentally ready for the right knee replacement; this is where we will be taking her.Best Wishes to the Welcare team.

My husband had been suffering from severe pain in both his knees for more than three years. Doctors in Canada recommended cortisone shots and knee gel injections. Tried them all with very little, or no relief at all.Then the knee replacement surgery was recommended.In October, 2020, one surgeon said that he could perform surgery on one knee sometime in April of 2021, and warned us to be prepared for a delay if the current situation of COVID 19 gets any worse. The second knee may be operated six months later. That would have meant that my husband would have had to live with the severe pain for one more year and lead a completely inactive life.In the meantime we had heard a lot about high success rate of knee surgeries in India. Plus we had also ha heard about experiences of people who had knee surgeries performed in India.
