Dr. Ismail Y Pala is an excellent psychiatrist. My experience with his way of treatment has been very satisfactory and effective. He believes in encouraging the patients to rely more on inner strength rather than just medicines and that is the reason he does not want his patients to be dependent on medicines for very long time. Also, he is gentle straightforward practioner with whom I feel comfortable to talk about how I am feeling during treatment. He keeps the treatment affordable and only minimally required.

Doctor listens to your problems and is prescribing medicine according. It takes time to heal. The patient should have trust and patience in the process that the doctor followers. Follow-ups are necessary for better recovery.

We are fortunate that we got Dr. Pala Sir. He is not only professional but Ampathetic to his patients. My father was diagnosed OCD and on a very first meeting with 100% confidence he said, This can be cured but you have to take medicines for next 4-6 months.First we were bit disappointed due to long periods of medicine he suggested. But to our surprise My Father got cured within 1.5 months.Thanks you very much Dr. Pala. I must recommend anybody to visit him once if you have any physchological disorder. He is the Best.

I have taken treatment regarding my moderate bypolar dipression from various other equally renowned Dr.s in same field which resulted in very expensive as well as less benefit more trouble. More over too many medicines could not give the result what I could achieve with Shri Pala Saheb . I recommend him as not only good Dr. but most economical and kind. My personal experience is very good. His initial confidence assured me i approached right person. In my case his medicine cure me within week.

Very worst experience.. He is very overconfident person, and works only for MONEY i am sure..I approached him bcoz i was suffering from a problem of genital organ. But he just suggested me to contact some general physician. Our talk only lasted for hardly 5 mins. Then also he charged me ₹600. I asked for the reasons but he behaved rudely and i had to pay..I didnt have even his expert advice. Then also his charges were so high..Beware and think before approaching him.... There are lots many other doctors also who are quite humble and more efficient..

First of all I want to warn any patient visiting on the basis of reviews mentioned here.Even I believed it.First I was surprised how come he is getting so much of reviews consistently as against any of the doctors, I feel most of them are paid review and provide herewith strong reason for the same :1) He doesnt give time to patient which should be basic requirement of a psychiatrist, he hardly gave 3-4 mins in our first meeting. Even a general physician gives more time to patient.2) While booking appointment I was told fees as Rs.600 and followup Rs.300, but when we came out after consultation receptionist asked for Rs.800, when we argued she told talk to doctor and later on doc agreed for Rs.600.003) He insists to buy medicines from medical store which is in the same building and even medical store owner puts a stamp on prescription medicine issued.4) He recommended some vitamin test and advised medicines for just 4 days and asked to visit again after 4 days5) When we visited again just to see the report which was for vitamin B12 and Vitamin D3 he again charged fees of Rs.300.006) When patient complaint that he is not able to sleep after taking medicines, he was not ready to accept it.He is really unprofessional not at all empathatic, doesnt give time .Worst experience of my life.

I was suffering from high blood pressure and anxiety problems and had to be admitted in hospital often for this reason in severe conditions.In the circumstances I was advised by some doctors to consult DR.PALA and I did so.To my great surprise and happiness I got rid of BP and anxiety problems after treatment of Dr.Pala. in just a month. Doctor is overconfident..... He tries to show that patients relatives dont know anything regarding small thing of health conscious like blood pressure, pulse rate etc. He himself uses old n outdated bp machine..... Overall he is of cunning type attitude.... Greedy type doctor charges rs.800 for consulting 2-3 minutes & collects fees himself, it made me feel weird. His clinic reception is fully non cooperative as well as two ladies at reception are very rude n dont know any manners.....
