My younger sister had her nose sinus surgery last week and it went really very well the doctor was very kind and caring. The staff was also supportive and took good care of her, also on the last day few staff gave some strict instructions and also made her practice the cleansing of her nose. The best ENT specialist in Vadodara. This place is highly recommended but you should drop in only after a prior appointment. Otherwise you could have to wait for 1.5hrs before your turn, As it is first for the appointments and then a new case is taken. It is slightly expensive with 600rs for consultation & 300rs for follow-up. Staff is very calm & cooperative. And the doctor is also soft spoken & understanding. You will not regret your visit because immediate action is taken on the first meeting itself. Either it is a wax removal or any other case it is done on the first day itself if it is possible to do so at the same time.

Highly untrained staff. My mother is a senior citizen who visited Dr. Vipin post recommendation from our family doctor. She was made to wait for an hour then two then finally after three hours of waiting she left without meeting the doctor. You must be the best doctor in town and don’t have appointments, kindly ask your staff to politely decline or if you ask a patient to wait at least have the courtesy to let them know how long it would take. And there were few others around who were troubled the same way.

Dr Bhavin is polite, humble, talented. Staff also helpful.Reason for one star less:My father’s appointment was at 11:00AM. His turn came at 11:45. Receptionist should have called all the patients for rescheduling the appointment since they know Dr Bhavin is coming late from OPD. We all understand that emergency can come anytime. If I would have received call at 10:30 than I would have come at 11:30. It will take hardly 5-10 minutes to call 10-20 patients by receptionist. This kind of practice should be followed especially in this pandemic.

Use less hospital, horrible approach to patients, no proper waiting facility, no time management just to see the doctor...Took patient today. Told by receptionist that you came without prior appointment so it will take about 45 minutes to your chance.It was shocking that after 3 hrs wait when I enquired for my no, still it was 40 mins. Reason being, Dr was meeting all tha new patients except few who were waiting since long to ensure fee from new guys.Recommend to not to visit this hospital till it is avoidable. If enviable, just keep 4 hrs spare so that you can meet dr.Very unprofessional ....
