We had a fantastic experience today at Dr. Smit Sikligar Kids dental clinic. My daughter chipped her front tooth. He took excellent care of my child. I not only had a primary concern for her front tooth but also the amount of plaque buildup and also wanted to make sure her sealant was still attached to another tooth. They did a complimentary polish to clean up the plaque. They also checked her sealant. They got us in for the procedure to bond the tooth right away. Dr. Sikligar met me in his office and we spoke about the best plan of action to go about fixing her tooth. He answered all my questions. His staff including the office are always very helpful. Im so glad I bring my son here! His teeth have been decaying the last year and half. Yes I did take him to the dentist regularly. At least thats what I thought they where. But after not getting anywhere and my son now in pain, this momma had to do more. Made the appointment Monday and was in wed morning. Not only did they clean and x-ray, they wiggled that little painfully tooth out. They explain the next steps on capping the rest and so on.. I really love the customer service and environment that they create to try to make it fun and not stressful for kids. Even when they were very busy the front desk staff prioritized positivity and good customer service. Dr. Smit also took time to sit down with me one on one and go over my daughters experience and good dental health. This was my first visit but I will be taking her here again soon and hope to see this same effort from all the staff to make it a great experience for my daughter and myself.
