THIS BRAND HAS THE WORST SERVICE EVER.We had bought 4 Artize jacuzzi bath tubs in 2018 from the official dealer of Jaguar Artize Imarat Trading in Vadodara. 1 of our tub had some issue so we registered an official complaint. They sent their engineer Mr. Rutvij Desai who was not able to identify the issue, So he suggested and requested my manager to check the other Jacuzzi which was in working condition. He removed a part from the Jacuzzi which was in the working condition and installed it in the Jacuzzi which was faulty. That did not work so then he reinstalled the part again to the Original Jacuzzi which was in a working condition, but now that also stopped working. Post that after close to an year of follow ups from Mr. Rutvij Desai there was no concrete response and post a lot of follow ups he suggested the we will have to buy new parts for both the bath tubs. To which we said that we are ready for buy the parts for the tub which was not working for the once which he has tampered with why should we buy the parts. Post that again he did not respond for 2 months then when I called him to ask him to talk to the manager he started behaving rudely. I called the Toll Free number again and after explaining the issue they asked me to contact Mr. Jayanti Vaniya on the 8th of April 2021. He suggested that we buy 1 set of spare parts and the rest he will reimburse. We bought the 1 set of spare parts and then even after installing those spare parts the bath tub did not work. Now since 4th months we have been trying to contact Mr. Jayanti Vaniya and Mr. Rutvij Desai but there have been nothing but just false commitments. I really request the Senior Management to look into this as there is a client who has spent close to 15 lac rupees and is not able to use the products. This is not the kind of service which we were promised or expected from a reputable brand Jaguar Artize. We really hope that this post get a reply which is satisfactory and our issue is solved.
