Went to this place to pick up an item that was ordered by my wife. One of the mugs had a scratch on it and we literally just picked it up in front of the lady owner. She blamed my cousin right away stating he scratched it. Another cousin of mine asked if they do passport covers and she bluntly and abruptly stated no we dont. I actually went because i wanted to order stuff for friends n coworkers in states. I didnt end upbuying it because of her attitude. Just straight up no skills in terms of customer service. There are a 100 other places to shop from in baroda or online.

They are not enough capable to provide your gifts on the day of occasion.Today is Marriage Anniversary Of my in laws.I want to give beautiful photoframe with collage of their photos but they said yet not ready Day almost end.This is not a first time, in past also this was happen.

Wouldnt want to order anything again in the future. You expect the order to be on time for the occasion. Had received negative reviews before as well. Still thought to trust it and go to order. Superbly disappointed. Took back the money and ordered it from another place! Think twice before placing the order!

Worst experience. Careless owner who doesnt value the customer. Inspite of charging twice the money, the owner talks asif he is doing the job for free. There are many good personalize shops in and around alkapuri. Visit these shops and avoid giving twice and thrice the money for something that would cost marginal.
