I got Hitachi AC remote and found working perfectly and my AC is year 2011 model and Hitachi is also doesnt have the remote. Ultimately I got UPIX information and ordered. Everything is working fine and temperature key is little smooth and need to take care when change the temperature. Others all are working fine.

My younger one keeps breaking AC or Tv remotes. Everytime I just send pic of broken remote to UpiX and they help me with best replacement link on Amazon.
