Bad experience.This is not the DELL outlets.its LANOVOThey took my DELL LAPTOP for repairing. kept 7 days and sent to Non reliable sources shop at instead sending to Alkapuri workshop.Owner spoke lier.Employe was also lier.Not Reliable
