I have given my laptop to repair for more than 3 times. Each time they repair it, it runs smoothly for some 3 months and then again some faults appear. In my case,I had to replace my laptop keyboard, they charged me considerably for it and still it never worked for more than 3 months. I had to replace my keyboard more tha 3 times, paying them every time a wholesome money .Recently I faced issues beacuse of improper fitting of the keyboard, and they took some more than 7 days to get it done,and also made me pay for it.I am completely disappointed with the service. I had to make calls to know the status of tge laptop and they wont even answer properly.

Service and behavior of staff both are satisfactory. I went there to change my laptop screen as advised at many laptop service centers. But they repaired laptop screen without changing it. Genuine service .

Worst service center, the staff is not well trained to handle customer service. Inefficient and unofficial, It took 13 days for them to call back regarding my motherboard problem. I have call them repeated but no proper reply.They didnt even tell problem associated with my motherboard.They left my motherboard unrepaireable so i have to buy new one. Patehtic service. One star is also too much. Go to any other service center than this one.

Staff is not responsive , they never call you to inform about your laptop , i call them 4-5 times but they didnt call me to even inform me , also they not give me my laptop in working position , i had problem in mother board and they just change it and even not intall windows , coz of it my laptop have blue screen problem so now i have to check it again in my city .

They are very unprofessional..I must say they dont know their work... And making problems to customers laptop in that way that it wont be repairable to anywhere else then after...I given them my acer laptop to repair and they kept it for 15 to 20 days(( actual problem was of keyboard ))But they made experiments on motherboard and sent my laptop here and there ( to other shops) and thats how motherboard of my laptop is not working now...My lappy is dead now😢😩Dont give them your laptop to repairGo anywhere else but never go toNAND ELECTRONICS

One of the worst shops to go for.My laptop had a dispay problem.After 3 weeks of circling me in some excuses of component shippment and false informing me that my laptop is nearly repaired (dispay comes but has lining in the screen). I lost my patience urged for a repaired laptop the next day.And as expected the next day they told me that there is a display failure and needs a new dispay cost 9000. Which they could have told me on first 2-3 days.So i wouldnt recommend this shop to anyone ever.

Its a really good place to get your electronics repaired. They take some time to repair but the quality of repair is not compromised.Although they dont give much guarantee but Ive been going to their shop for electronics for five years now and me and my friends never had any complaints as Ill give my friends laptops too for repair over here.The repairmen are very friendly and they tell you the exact problem, the exact cost and also guide you so that you dont get this problem in the future.

Zero rating for poorest customer support. Gave my 2 mother boards for almost a month now. No answer. Every time i have to go and ask what is status and everytime they assured me that i will get answer in 2 days but never get reply. Seems thay have huge business and they dont need single customers. I heard a lot about them but at the end no useful. Better dont accept new repair if you dont have time so that people search other option.

As my laptop was not getting charged, I went here they repaired, it worked for a day and then again same problem, I went again they repaired, iI came home charged was working fine, after 2 hours I saw laptop was insanely heating, never heated so much even while playing high end games then I opened the back cover and saw, this people have not done connection of cooler fan...worst service, it could have fried my laptop
